1. In WCCAS the junior accountant was d one in charge in payroll n timekeeping in the school..
2. by simply checking the time in n out of the employees n creating an accurate computations
for each employees salary
3.for now we are using time cards in record keeping for their time in n out... Aside from that
employees of wccas has a logbook wherein they will sign their time of arrival in the school n d
time that they will going off the school together wid their signatures
4. We have 9 staffs for the regular employees n 5 for the part timers
5. The computation of their salary is based on the agreement between the ceo n the employee it
is given every 15th n 30th of d month
6. The computations for deduction will be the sum of all deductions such as
lates+absences+sss+philhealth+pag-ibig+cash advance...

sign or log their time of in n out which cause delay of work.
