ITE is pleased to submit this proposal for services to support EGB Construction in achieving its
goals for improving working system satisfaction by providing customized software design for the
company needs, software and hardware support and training programs to upgrade its existing
company system with the implementation of Information and Communication Technology
especially through computerize functionalities. We are a small elite group of developers and
programmers committed to improving the customer experience through convenience, accuracy
of request, and timely delivery of developed system.

The Objective
 Improve manual working system by automation.
 Provides software to address the needs of EGB Construction.
 Conduct rapid training for staff on new system.

The Opportunity
 EGB construction uses a system designed later than the new technology today.
 EGB needs a shift and adapt modern working practices to enhance employees working
burden.

 Upgrades computers/software used in the existing system.
 Develops software design exclusively customize for the company needs.
 Offers seminar/workshop/trainings in adapting newly develop system.
Our Proposal
EGB Construction has a well-deserved reputation for quality employers service. However, faced
with changes in distribution systems, time and limitations that prevent taking full advantage of
improvements in technology, EGB Construction faces the possibility of increasing time spend in
their existing system.

We have developed solutions to help businesses stay ahead of technology satisfaction trends and
propose that EGB Construction implements an upgrade solution focused on system development
(Biometric Attendance Monitoring System with Payroll) and automation of many manual steps
in your company processes. Our solution easily integrates with a wide range of off-the-shelf IT
solutions and can enable EGB Construction to fully realize the benefits of improved productivity
throughout the entire working cycle. Most importantly, we provide the training and support for
this new solution that ensures your staff can ramp up quickly and realize concrete improvements
in system closure, employees’ satisfaction, and job metrics.

Rationale
 As EGB considered as prestigious company, it has been a while for their last upgrade on their
company processing routine.
 EGB increases its productivity by upgrading to the proposed system and reduces timely
pressured documents release.
 The team aims for quality software, reliable and accurate design to address EGB’s needs.
 Currently the team is working as a private collaborative group equipped with knowledge,
enthusiasm, logics and innovative vision of the future of client’s business.

Execution Strategy
Our execution strategy incorporates proven methodologies, extremely qualified personnel, and a
highly responsive approach to managing deliverables. Following is a description of our project
methods, including how the project will be developed, a proposed timeline of events, and reasons
for why we suggest developing the project as described.

Technical/Project Approach
The project will come on hand by the time of approval of this proposal. It will be managed
during Saturdays and Sundays or in the most comfortable time of the developer team rest assured
that the goals set will be addressed as soon as possible and the quality you expect.

Specifically, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is our methodology to come up with an
organized, structural and strategic processes. This includes analysis of the problem, design of the
software, implementation and testing phases.

Updates will be communicated to our client via their assigned representative or any available
staff. The project shall will be evaluated upon the completion of a working module as per
scheduled and planned of the team inside the area of implementation.

Resources
The propose system will need necessary devices and equipment in order to fully begin the
project development process.

meet project milestones, this material must be supplied on schedule. The due dates included in
the following table represent our best guess based on current proposed project dates:

 Pre-payment : 20%
 After Implementation : 40%
 After System Official Deployment : 40%

Methods of payment

 ITE prefer payment via Cash

 ITE also accept payment via Check

Warranty
All errors that are discovered within the first three months of system operation will be fixed
at no additional cost.
