July 2013-Present: Research and Development Division, Bodles Research Station, Bodles Old
Harbour, St, Catherine- Ministry of Agriculture & Fisheries- Plant Breeding Officer.

 Currently working on research publication for the Agronomical and Post Harvest
characterization of cassava, sweet potato, mangoes, and hot pepper cultivars/varieties (Pending).
 Supervise field staff in the crop research related areas.
 Conduct crop cultivar/variety trial with economical important crops
 Agronomical Characterisation of crops to facilitate plant breeding
 Propagation of crops
 Establish and maintain in situ germplasm banks with a goal to enhance food security
 Write weekly work plan, research proposals, papers, design budgets, and create Standard
Operating Procedure (SOP).
 Managing inventory supplies
 Collaborating with External partners such as St. Jago Farm Supplies, AMSA seed company,
Health 2000 Agro, Fersan and Caribbean Agricultural Research and Developmental Institute in
doing training and other projects.
