Model NE-18 is a fully automatic, compact Mobile Concrete Batching Plant on heavy duty
single chassis with two nos. wheel axles & towing bar. The towing arrangement in the plant
facilitates it to be towed by tractor or equivalent power.
The plant comprises of adequate capacity gravel & sand hoppers, weighing conveyor suspended
on electronic load cells, reversible drum type mixer unit, cement silo with screw conveyor,
rubber belt type charging conveyor, cement batcher, PLC based control panel.

Construction Features:
Compact, easy mobility with tractor or similar power.
Modular construction provides easy accessibility for maintenance.
Heavy duty robust chassis fabricated from structural steel.
Easy to erect since no foundation / civil work.
Short cycle time and high uniform concrete quality.
Parallel dosing of aggregates / sand, water and cement reduces the cycle time.
Component Features:
Two nos. twin hoppers i.e. total 4 nos. hoppers (2 x 2) for storage of gravels & sand.
Each hopper storage capacity is 2.0 m3 and is fitted with pneumatically operated gates.
Integral weighing conveyor is suspended on 4 nos. electronic load cells for weighing of
gravel & sand. Bin vibratory motor is fitted on one hopper meant for sand.

Rubber belt type charging conveyor transfers the weighed gravels (aggregates) and sand
from the weighing conveyor beneath the hoppers to the Reversible Drum Mixer unit.

Reversible Drum Mixer unit of 0.4 m3 capacity is rotating on well aligned heavy duty gear
ring. Drum mixer serves the dual purpose of mixing as well as discharge of mixed concrete,
depending on the rotation direction of the drum

Submersible type water pump and suitable piping supplies the water from storage tank to
mix. PLC controls the quantity of water required for each cycle / batch. Parallel dosing of
water & gravel (aggregates) reduces cycle time & Pan Mixer abrasion.

Cement Silo of 1.0 ton storage capacity with cement batcher having independent load
cell for weighing. Cement Silo is mounted on in feed charging conveyor frame. Cement
is transferred to cement batcher by Screw Conveyor.
 Separate weighing arrangement with electronic load cells for cement parallel to gravel &
sand weighing reducing the cycle time thus increasing the concrete mix output.

PLC based control panel with feather touch buttons is capable of storing 50 different
recipes. All electrical components are of Schneider / Siemens make.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

PRICE BASIS: The prices quoted are on Ex-works, Ahmedabad basis net to you; exclusive of
transportation, taxes, duties and any other charges that may be applicable to the
buyer.

SALES TAX G.S.T 18 %

PAYMENT TERMS: 40% advance along with the order and balance 60% against Performa
Invoice / delivery prior to dispatch.

DELIVERY: The delivery will commence within 3-4 weeks from the date of receipt of
technically & commercially clear order along with advance.

ERECTION & COMMISSIONING: The price quoted is inclusive of supervision of Erection

& Commissioning. However, the buyer will bear to & fro Rail / Bus fare,
appropriate decent lodging and boarding and local conveyance for our erection
personnel (2 persons). Sufficient advance notice will be given regarding the
readiness at site as per requirement for carrying out the job. The buyer shall
arrange all necessary tools, tackles, welding set, and handling equipments,
electricity, water, raw materials, fuel, etc. as may be required to carryout the
erection & commissioning. Any civil work in case required shall be in buyer’s
scope.

CUSTOMER SCOPE: Transportation, Transit Insurance, Un-loading of the supplied

equipments, Civil work, Power / Electricity supply arrangement up to equipment
control panel board. Oil and lubrication is arrange by you.

WARRANTY: The machines offered by us are warranted for a period of twelve months from
the date of dispatch against any manufacturing defects and material under normal
use, service and specified duty conditions.

Products or parts thereof not manufactured by the seller are guaranteed only in
accordance with the respective manufacturer’s guarantee and then only to the
extent that the seller is liable to enforce it.

Warranty claim shall be limited to rectifying, repairing or replacing defective

 items / parts ex-works provided the buyer has given immediate written notice
within the time specified above. The items / parts for repairs should be returned to
us free of cost. The replaced / repaired parts will be supplied on ex-works basis.

However, the warranty shall not cover the following: -

A. For any wear and tear items like washers, rubber parts, conveyor belt,
electrical items like bulb, switches, fuses, Nozzles, Electrodes etc.

B. Unauthorized repair / removal of any item.

C. Mishandling or accidental damage of the equipment or spares.

D. Any consequential damages, direct or indirect, caused to the buyer.

VALIDITY: This offer is valid for 30 days from the date hereof and thereafter is subject to our
confirmation in writing.
