Website Development Proposal

I. Planning

We realize that your objective is to create an eye-catching, dynamic and organized website to promote
your program to residents who are interested in participating in your program. In reviewing our
discussion, we realize that your project needs an effective website that will include photos, payment
processing, development history, events, contact forms and an overall dynamic feel.

II. Concept Development

We will be creating a fully functional, user friendly layout using a 4 color palette.

I!!. Hosting

LRS, Inc will not be providing hosting services for the proposed website. However, upon approval of
this contract, LRS, Inc requires administrator privileges including a name and password for access to
the hosting account.

1V. Completion/Delivery of Project

The projects deadline was not specified during our initial discussion. Upon approval of this contract,
by both parties, the estimated completion date will need to be determined. We have estimated a design
time of 4 weeks to complete the initial design, development and uploading of the website.

V. Reproduction of Work

LRS, INC retains personal rights to use the completed project and any preliminary designs for the
purpose of design competitions, future publications on design, educational purposes and the marketing
of LRS, INC services.

Where applicable the client will be notified and given any necessary credit for usage of the project
elements.

VI. Payment Schedule

A deposit in an amount equal to 50% of the total design estimate cost as well as the first quarter
updating/webmaster fee of $100.00 is required prior to development. Deposit Amount: $1500.00

*Payment in full of the remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery/upload of the completed project.

VII. Pricing

This project’s budget was not specified during our initial meeting/conversation. After reviewing the
projects specifications and overall scope, LRS, INC has determined a design estimate of $3000.00
for the intended project services.

• Graphic design
• Web development
• Server side programming
• Database Development
• Flash action scripts
• Custom PHP/ASP contact forms
• Photo gallery optimization
• Payment Processing
• Stock photography
