Sept Ist, 2004 General Counsel, Deborah M. Alexander General Counsel, Ronald 8. Sirkis 44 King Street West 100 King Street West, Toronto ON MBH 1HI Toronto, ON. M5X 1At C/o the Bank of Nova Scotia c/o the Bank of Montreal 635 Main St. Sussex, NB. 9 Broad St. Sussex, NB Re: Corruption To whom it may concern, Pursuant to my emails and phone calls, I am providing Ms. Alexander exactly the same material served upon the Lieutenant Governor of New Brunswick last week. I am also enclosing copies of many letters delivered to many people involved in the business of banking and a letter to the CanWest lawyer, Mr. Leipsic. I must say I am curious as to what your director Mrs, McDougall will have to say about Mulroney's advice to J.P. Morgan & Chase about what to do about me. The copy of wiretap tape numbered 139 is served upon you in confidence as an officer of the court in order that it may be properly investigated. Whether you like it or not, you must uphold the law, bear witness to your knowledge of the crimes practiced against my Clan and assist in the prosecution of criminals. Please don't offend me like the New Brunswick Ombudsman Bernard Richard just did. No one is that dumb thus his malice must be that great. Just listen to the CD, read the documents and then prove to me that you have notified law enforcement. If you oblige this simple request, I will never complain of you or the banks you represent. It is not necessary to provide the same material twice to the Bank of Montreal. T have only provided to Mr. Sirkis this letter and a copy of a letter from Brad Green the Attorney General. Within the aforesaid letter of a month ago, Mr. Green affirms that a Director of the Bank of Montreal, Frank McKenna did receive this stuff, Obviously McKenna has chosen not to obey the Code of Conduct of his profession or as a Director of ‘any company seeking to sell shares on the stock market, never mind a bank that sells securities. Apparently Franky does not mind throwing the Bank of Nova Scotia and the Bank of Montreal in the same boat with the Brookline Savings Bank. What say you? Will yeu go along with Charles J. Kickham Jr. as well? If Franky fails to provide his copy of this material ina timely fashion for Mr. Sirkis to review, perhaps Ms. Alexander will show him hers. After all you appear to be close neighbors on the same street in Toronto. You are in the same profession that demands integrity. You should trust each other with the truth ‘about me versus priests, lawyers and bankers. Please respond to this letter quickly to the address below. I have no more patience. Your names will be mentioned in court very soon. I am very used to lawyer double talk. If you wait too long, trust that I will sue your banks and you as individuals. Cyalll in Court David R.
