Card Isle’s Referral Program

Help Us Place a Card Isle in Your Area

Program Overview
Initiated in January 2017, this program is designed to help us bring Card Isle kiosks to the people who want
them, with the help of our amazing business network. Since so many of our contacts want a Card Isle in their
neighborhood, we’ve decided to extend this invitation to participate in our kiosk placement process!

How It Works
You, our referrer, facilitate a warm introduction or referral, in which you connect someone
who is interested in Card Isle with our Sales Team by referring them to fill out the contact
form at www.cardisle.com/solutions/general/1. Please only provide referrals to locations or
individuals that have expressed definitive interest in our service. Once you’ve provided a
warm introduction to the interested party, the Card Isle Sales Team takes over, doing every-
thing they can to get a binding commitment of placement from the interested party. If the
Sales Team is able to elicit a binding commitment from your referral within 30 days, you
receive 4% of that kiosks future recurring revenue as a thank-you from us!

Target Markets
What type of introductions are we looking for? Currently, we are most interested in the
following types of referrals:
1. Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Organizations
2. Facilities, Services, HR, and/or Engagement departments at large organizations (ex.
corporate campuses).
3. Insurance Agents, Offices, and Organizations
4. Office Buildings and Property Management Organizations
This is not an exhaustive list of what we are looking for, but the Sales Team will be more
responsive to introductions to individuals related to this list.

How to Get Started


1. Read, review, and sign the agreement attached to the end of this document.
2. Complete the supplied W-9 form.
3. Return all of these documents to the Sales Director (david@cardisle.com) BEFORE
approaching potential referrals.

Referral Compensation Agreement
Card Isle Corporation

This agreement, made, entered into, and effective as of the date of execution of the last party hereto,
between Card Isle Corporation, herinafter referred to as OWNER, whose principal address is: 1528 Sandy
Circle, Blacksburg, VA 24060 and _______________________________________________ [Name] hereinafter referred
to as CONTRACTOR, whose address is: ____________________________________________________________________

The OWNER and CONTRACTOR for the considerations herinafter named agree as follows:
1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the Card Isle Sales Director with warm introductions to
prospective customers, hereinafter referred to as PROSPECTS, in a way that:
a. Properly represents the OWNER’S products and services.
b. Does not disparage the OWNER or PROSPECT in any way.
c. Provides the Sales Director with all relevant information eneded about the PROSPECT.
2. The OWNER will follow-up on these introductions and act in their own best interest to close each
PROSPECT as quickly as possible in good faith.
3. The CONTRACTOR will earn 4% of the recurring revenue from any deal that is the direct result of
their initial introduction only when that deal commits to installing the OWNER’S product within
thirty (30) days of the initial introduction. This amount will be calculated monthly and paid
quarterly to the CONTRACTOR as long as the outstanding balance is greater than $5.00 USD.
4. The CONTRACOTR may cancel this agreement at any time, and in doing so forfeit any and all
future and/or outstanding payments they may be owed.
5. The OWNER reserves the right to cancel, modify, amend, or otherwise alter this agreement at any
time and for any reason with or without notice.
The foregoing shall constiture the entire contract between the parties, and no understandings or obligations
not set herein expressly set forth are binding upon them.

The OWNER and CONTRACTOR for themselves, their successors, executors, administrators, and assigns,
hereby agree to the full performance of all covenants herin contained.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first recorded.

Here are some frequently asked questions your prospective referral may have about Card Isle’s
products and services.

1. How big is the kiosk?


We have two different kiosk models, one of which is slightly larger than a microwave,
while the other is slightly larger than the average ATM machine.

2. Who takes care of the restocking/maintenence/customer service?


Card Isle has an extensive network of restockers and maintenence professionals who
handle the daily operations and repairs of our kiosks. Each kiosk comes with a 100%
customer satisfaction guarantee and access to our extremely responsive customer
service hotline, staffed by the experts in our Operations Department.

3. How much does it cost?


Prices vary based on our different subscription models. A pricing chart is included in
this packet, which lists generalized prices. Our Sales Team can speak more directly
about pricing options and can build the right subscription model for any need.
