INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses ENGR. RONALDO O. TALION of the crime of

ESTAFA (Article 315, par. 2(a) of the Revised Penal Code), committed as
follows:

That on or about the 20th day of July, 2007, in Quezon City, Philippines, the
said accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously defraud ARCH.
ADONES T. BALUYUT in the following manner, to wit: on the date and place
aforementioned the said accused by means of false manifestations and fraudulent
representations which he made to said complainant to the effect that he can
supply and install a Hybrid Solar and Wind Power Project, in his residence
located at No. 23 Dancan/ Dancalan St., Damar Village, this City, that
complainant, believing in said representations and false pretenses, gave and delivered
to said accused the amount of P300,000.00, Philippine Currency, accused knowing
fully well that said representations were false and fraudulent and were made solely to
obtain the aforesaid amount, which once in his possession, with intent to defraud
complainant, wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously misappropriated, misapplied and
converted the same to his own personal use and benefit, to the damage and prejudice
of said offended party in the amount aforementioned.
