Thank you for considering AboveAllAdmin (AAA) Support Services as your Business Admin Solutions
provider.

1. Introduction:

This proposal is based on the email received on February 19, 2018 from Ronald Spencer regarding the
transcription of audio files to a Microsoft Word File.

2. Project Scope:

• The Service Provider will not charge client for the transcription of audio file rec_20180208_121042,
sent on February 19, 2018.
• The Client will send the 12 remaining audio interview files to the Service Provider via a Dropbox link
to be provided the Client. (Done).
• Due to the length and content, excluding file number 180129_0034 from the quote (no audio
conversion and/or transcription will be completed).

1. Converting audio file to transcript using software selected by $21.00
Service Provider.
2. The Service Provider will rework each transcript into a Word
document that will be sent to the Client to make any further
modifications.
• Interviews #1 up to including #3 (total of 3 interviews) $90.00
• Interviews #4 up to including #11 (total of 8 interviews) $480.00
**Assumption: Average audio file length of 11 files: 18 minutes**
3. No revisions to Microsoft Word files once Service Provider N/A
sends to Client.
Total: $591.00

4. Project Deadline & Deliverables:

• The Service Provider is committing to working on at least one file per day (audio conversion and
rework on written transcription file).
• The Service Provider will commence within one business day of receiving the signed contract
from the Client.
• The Service Provider is anticipating project completion by March 31, 2018 by 11:59 pm.

5. Project Cost & Deposit:

The total project cost would be $591.00 USD.


50% of the total fee will be due prior to any work being initiated by the Provider.
Any work requested outside of the project scope above, a rate of $30.00 USD per hour will apply, if the work
exceeds $100.00 USD 50% of the total fee will be due prior to the Provider providing any additional work.

6. Proposal Terms:

These proposal terms are in effect as of February-26-18 and will end on March 2, 2018.

7. Contract Terms:

By appending your signature to this proposal, you are agreeing to the terms outlined from Sections 2-7.
Upon acceptance of the proposal terms, a contract will be forwarded to Ronald Spencer that will cover the
Terms of Service, including Confidentiality.
