EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:-

 Completed Bachelor in Pharmacy Degree (B.PHARMA) from Bijupattanaik

University of Technical Education (BPUT), Rourkela, ORISSA, securing 1 st division
(64%) in the year 2004.
 COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE: - Well versed with Ms.Word, Ms. Excel & Powerpoint,
SAP.

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:-

Around four and half year experience in quality assurance department in Pharma sector.
Adept at implement quality systems. Execution for assuring the quality of production,
assuring the various validation activities.

ORGANIZATIONAL EXPERIENCE :-

 Presently Working as Executive Quality Assurance dept. in INTAS

PHARMACEUTICALS, SIKKIM (On Project) Since April -2009 to till date.

 Worked with USV LTD, Baddi as Senior Officer Quality Assurance dept. from (Sep-
2007 to Mar- 2009).

 Worked with CIPLA LTD, Baddi as Management staff Quality Assurance dept. from
(Apr-2007 to Sep- 2007).

 Worked with INDOCO REMEDIES LTD, Baddi as Junior Officer Quality Assurance
dept. from (Dec-2005 to Mar- 2007).

 Worked as a Production Chemist in TECHNO REMEDIES,( Kolkata), from (January

2005 to November 2005.)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

 Responsible for in process check during Tablets & Capsule Manufacturing &
Packing and to ensure corrective action to meet Quality and Quantity norms

 Practically involvement in process validation, cleaning validation, HVAC

validation, Water system Validation and updating validation documentation

 Issuance and reviewing controlling of all existing documents related to

Production, Engineering and Quality Control.

 To assist Quality Assurance head in Developing System, Sops, and

Documentation as per cGMP.

 Reviewing of BPCR and product release through SAP system

 Maintenance of critically controlled area and working system for Quality

Production.

 Co-ordinations with QC. Production, Store Packing and Administration for the
production of safe, pure and effective product.

 Preparation of SMF, VMP, and License related documents in coordination with

senior persons.

 Preparation and filling report of Area/Equipment Qualification, Annual Products

review, all validation related documentation.

 Handling of NCR, Deviation and Change control.

 Trained new workers regarding Machinery’s Productivity, Discipline Safety, &

cGMP as per laid down standards.

Indoco Remedies Ltd - WHO (FDA), UK (KRKA), MONK (MHRA),

USV Ltd - WHO (FDA) .Semi regulated Countries (Malaysia, Cambodia, Nepal),
