This letter pertains to the resolution passed by your Sanggunian entitled

“RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF SOUTH
COTABATO TO PASS A RESOLUTION FAVORABLY ENDORSING TO THE PHILIPPINE
CONGRESS (HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES) THE REQUEST OF THE BODY TO ENACT A
LAW CONVERTING THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLOMOLOK INTO A COMPONENT CITY OF
THE PROVINCE OF SOUTH COTABATO TO BE KNOWN AS THE CITY OF POLOMOLOK.”

Anent that, may we request your good office to furnish the undersigned all
supporting documents such as, but not limited to, BLGF Certifications, Income Statements,
Population and Land Area Certifications, for purposes of review and determination
whether or not your local government have passed the requirements for cityhood
conversion a provided under the Local Government Code of 1991, as amended.
