HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Currently at the hospital located in Trinidad and Tobago we face numerous issues due to a poorly
designed i.t infrastructure implemented into the hospital. There are several reasons that a person
needs medical assistance .to best provide medical assistance, the management of the hospital
must be disciplined, well versed in its service providing techniques. They should be able to keep
track of the records of the doctors, patients, nurses, and other hospital staff. if these records are
maintained on the paper, it can easily be lost .it is not very efficient, reliable and can be very time
consuming in its process. In today’s highly technological era, it is not feasible not by also
technically but also economically. So, I thought of making an automated system for keeping
track of all the activities and maintaining their records. The hospital Management System is
aimed to minimize the paperwork of the hospital as minimum as possible, if not completely
 Computerization - All the details regarding hospitals, whether it is small or big, will be
computerized.
 Automated inventory – If the medicines are provided to the patients, the stock will be
reduced in the inventory, and will help in to know the status the available medicines.
 No redundancy - For every test that is conducted of the patients, an automated report
will be generated and will be available to the patients and his / her concerned doctor uniformly.
 Keep the Records – It will be easier task for the management to keep the record of the
patients for historical purpose.
 Appointment – It will be easier for both the doctors and the patients to have the
appointments. It is just two clicks away.
Payroll System

The banking client is a newly established banking company that’s has recently recruited over 150

new staff members to work in their sales department. Because of the growth of the company it

has become more difficulty to manage the payroll manual system .it has become more tedious to

prepare and does not allow real time reporting and analytics. Human error can be a major

inconvenience since an individual carries out all timesheet, taxes wages and other processes.

Errors are hard to trace and results in various business penalties. Errors cause employees to be

underpaid and salaries to be delayed, this can create employee dis-satisfaction. With the payroll

system It aids to avoid human error by implementing a system which require present data and

automatic calculations. It will be easier to maintain track and correct reports.


Pre- School Management System

The tiny toddle is a recently developed preschool aiming at the care of children aged between 2-

5.the school currently is understaffed and lacking the necessary resources and technology to

further develop and advance the administrations day to day activities. Currently the company

undergoes several discrepancies due to lack of support of an electronic system to update its

information. The company’s productivity is at a low as manual systems are very time consuming,

with employees manually filing data into forms, which can cause problems in terms of data

accuracy and loss of documents. At its current operations it is difficult for the company to get a

360 degree view of how the business is performing unless the information is manually put

in.Customer satisfaction has decreased as the system is time consuming and requires extra time

to fulfill clients request and enquires
