Abstract
Authors must supply abstract in their submission, without any sub heading that explain about
Purpose (mandatory), design/methodology/approach (mandatory), findings and conclusion
(mandatory). Abstract is between 150-250 words in total in one paragraph. Justify right and left
paragraph with single space.
Keyword: between 4-6 keywords based on alphabetical order, separated by semicolon (;).

Introduction
Whole text articles should be between 3000-5000 words for quantitative research and 5000-6000
words for qualitative research and systematic review, not include tables, figures, references and
appendices. For case study, words limit are 1500-2000 words. In the introduction section, the
author(s) should provide the significance of the research supported by previous studies. A clear
statement of the study purpose is also provided.

Method
In the method section, the use of appropriate methods of participant sampling, study design,
measures, and statistical analysis should be provided. For qualitative research, method section
could be replaced by methodology with appropriate description of data collection and procedure
of analysis. For quantitative and qualitative research, clear statement of the ethic approval
should be provided. For systematic review, a clear description of search method and inclusion
criteria should be provided. For case study, method section should be replaced by case study that
contains description of the case. Ethical clearance should be reported.

Results
Provide concise research findings in the result section include figures and tables. For trials,
provide CONSORT flow chart. For qualitative research, results and discussion could be
combined in one section (Results and Discussion), if applicable.

Discussion
In the discussion section, the authors should provide explanation of main findings, implication
for nursing practice, policy, further research (if applicable). Limitation of the research should
also be provided.
Conclusion
The main conclusion of the study may be presented in a short paragraph.

Acknowledgement (if applicable)

Authors may provide acknowledgement of those who provide funding, general supervision of a
research group or general administrative support; and writing assistance, technical editing,
language editing, and proofreading in one paragraph.

References
Authors should refer to APA guidelines to write references.

Author Profile
Incorporate a brief profile of the authors (not exceeding 100 words per author) at the end of
‘References’.

Example of author profile:

Elsi D. Hapsari, S.Kp., M.S., D.S. is an assistant professor in nursing in the
Department of Pediatric and Maternity Nursing, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas
Gadjah Mada, Indonesia. Her research interest related to maternal and child health
Picture in disaster situation, adolescents’ health, nurses migration, and reproductive health.
She studied in Kobe University, Japan (2003–2010) to get Doctor of Science in
nursing. She has published several scientific papers and holds one patent in the
innovation of eating tools for children with Cerebral Palsy. In national level, she
actively involved in Indonesia National Nurses Association (INNA) as the chief of
Research Department.

Figures
Please make sure that all text in the figures is readable (font size ≥8pt). Figures should be
centered, and put the figure’s caption with number below the figure. Maximum number of figure
is 5. There would be additional cost if the figures are colored.

Tables
Please make sure that all text in the table is readable (font size 10pt). Tables should be centered,
and put the table’s caption with number above the table. Maximum number of table is 5.
