METHOD STATEMENT

EXCAVATION

1. GENERAL
This works consist of the excavation , including all necessary handling, hauling to
disposal area and shaping and trimming in accordance with locations, lines, levels, grades
and dimension shown on the drawing.
In accordance with the Earth Moving Plan approved, material result from excavation
should be disposed to disposal area with hauling distance from 0 m'. Payment Item in this
section is II-1-3, II-1-4, II-1-5.

2. SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of works for execution of excavation consist of some steps as description
below:
a. Staking out installation
b. Execution of excavation

The scope of the works on this method statement covers as below :

4. DETAIL OF WORKS (EXECUTION & METHOD)

In accordance with the scope of works as description above, the sequence of execution of
the work is:
1. Stake out installation accordance with the working drawing for right of way limit,
installled at cross section accordance with the added profile with installed .

7. SAFETY CONTROL

For safety control of the execution the work around, safety control should be carry out as
following:
1. Contractor will take assumed actions require to utilize to protect areal work from
things able to bother work fluency and which can endanger / destroy environment
around work location.

 2. Sign board Installation should be carry out at selected location especially village road
and access road intersection
3. Full responsibility by General Suprintendent for safety control and he has authority to
stop the works, if necessary, if the working condition is not safe.
