ABSTRACT:
The level of insecurity in the world today cannot be overemphasized. Despite the great
noise made by the United Nations (UN) and its other allied bodies like the Peace and
Security Council (PSC) of African Union (AU), the global peace is now in more threat
than ever. There is sporadic cold and open wars among families, kindred, towns, states,
nations and continents the world over. All the peacekeeping move by the United Nations,
African Union, ECOWAS and so on, has never yielded lasting peace. The peace support
and military intervention in Iraq, Darfur, Afghanistan, Liberia, and so on had ended with
any thing but peace. The present paper employed analytic approach to trace the true
origin of security system, the folly of the world security- wise and recommended
Constructive Security System (CSS) as the only true and sustainable solution to global
peace crises.

INTRODUCTION
The African Union from its objectives to promote democracy, good governance,
peace, security, human rights in African and integration of the African countries
economies all geared towards lifting the majority of the African people out of poverty,
diseases and the state of under-development. The African union (AU) in May 2004
formally established a Peace and Security Council (PSC) after the simple majority
requirement for its ratification was secured. (Dappa, Thom-Otuya, and Anaele, 2008).
As Imobighe (2008) observed, “the PSC is expected to take over the functions
earlier performed by the Commission of Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration
(CMCA) and later, from 1993, by the Mechanism for Conflict Prevention, Management
and Resolution. The general belief, which tallied with those of Africa’s previous leaders
who had an earlier vision about the need for a PSC is that the council would enhance the
organization’s ability to promptly respond to matters affecting the peace and security of
the continent.” Even before the PSC of the AU become fully operational from May 2004,
according to (Dappa, Thom-Otuya and Anaele (2008), the AU was already playing
pivotal roles in the on going efforts by the international Communities to resolve the
Darfur conflict in Western Sudan. The Darfur conflict which the United Nations
Organization (UNO) has described as one of the worse humanitarian disasters in the
contemporary world affairs blew into full skirmishes in February 2003, when the
Sudanese government sponsored Arab militia, called the Janjaweed, working in
connivance with armed forces personnel of the country attacked rebel groups and the
civilian populace in the Darfur region with resultant causalities in human and other
material resources.
The publication of the Difference Newspapers of 25th of February, 2008 alarmed,
“Experts at the International Association of Atomic Scientist, say it’s time to prepare for
the worst as the fate of the world in which we live now hangs in the balance”. The report
further stated, “The latest report of the International Association of the Atomic Scientists
says the earlier we all start preparing for the worst, the better. The report identified at
least three different major threats to life on earth. Indeed, for the first time in 24 years, the
International Association of Atomic Scientist had moved the famous Doomsday Clock to
five minutes to midnight, indicating that the world is close than even to a major
catastrophe. The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists’ Doomsday Clock conveys how close
humanity is to catastrophic destruction - the figurative midnight and monitors the means
humankind could use to obliterate itself. First and foremost, these include nuclear
weapon, but they also encompass climate changing technologies and new developments
in the life sciences and nanotechnology that could inflict irrevocable harm”.
The present paper has heaped the entire blame on destructive (Satan’s inspired)
Western Education; Research, Science and Technology (Dst) which have spread its ugly
tentacles the world over. The paper posits the African born Constructive Education,
Research, Science and Technology which will invariably lead to Constructive security
system as the only force that can crush this dragon (Dst) and thus usher humanity to the
reign of peace – paradise of planet earth.

THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK
There is no doubt that in recent times, the theory of conflict has moved away from its pre-
occupations with psychological variables into a structural analysis of conflict situations.
The theory of conflict also abandoned the concept of resolution and suppression as a
sociological mistaken ideology since complete elimination of conflicts is not only
possible but also desirable and opted for conflict regulation and management. (Dappa,
Thom- Otuya and Anaele, 2008). Imobighe (2005) however, regretted the tendency of
some scholars to compartmentalize the various activities embodied in a conflict
management system. These scholars tend to see conflict management as distinct from
conflict rather than in terms of conflict prevention or its resolution. This type of
compartmentalization encourages a piecemeal response to conflict and creates gaps in
terms of institutional provision as well as in the integrative use of the available
institutions to deal with conflicts. Imobighe propounded the concept of integrative
conflict management system in which all the vital modes of responding to conflict are
comprehensively viewed as a process in an integrated conflict management circle.

Dappa, Thom-Otuya and Anaele, 2008 correlating the above model with the Darfur crises
wrote, ‘This study which is an assessment of AU’s efforts so far at resolving the ongoing
conflict in Darfur Western Sudan can best be analyzed, using the Imobighan model of
integrative conflict management system. The model best describes the holistic nature of
the excepted conflict management model is an integrated process, comprising conflict
prevention and/or Peace Promotion/Consolidation: conflict control/abatement; and
conflict resolution. How has the AU fared so far in its on-going efforts to resolve the
conflict in Western Sudan region of Darfur? Can AU successfully mange the conflict,
resolve it and embark on peace promotion and consolidation? How is the AU currently
faring in the efforts to control and abate the Darfur conflict?”

LIBERAL PEACE THEORY AND FAILED STATES;

According to Ogo (2008), “International Security is as important as survival itself. Prior
to the formation of international institutions and states, ostensibly on the search for
international order, the world was taken to be in a state nature, anarchy and lawlessness
characterized by the survival of the fittest. With the formation of international institutions
and states the world changed from ‘the state nature’ to an ordered world with the role of
internal security of states given to individual states and that of the international to the UN
Security Council in conjunction with ‘responsible states’. Today, many states are unable
to protect their internal security and their citizens while others have turned the
instruments of the state against their citizens leading to genocides, etc. thereby
‘threatening’ international security.
“The end of the cold war brought a new wave of international relations premised
on ethics and morality; ethical foreign policy. The need to see the world as a global civil
society is important especially now that modern wars are within states rather than
between them” (Ogo, 2008). He further argued, “the crises in failed states directly or
indirectly affect international security. For President Bush, the events of September 11,
2001, taught us that weak state, like Afghanistan, can pose as a great danger to our
national interest than strong states”.
Yet poverty, weak institutions, and corruption can make weak states venerable to
terrorist networks and drug cartels within their borders (Ashatu, 1998). Though Bush
sounds particularistic, it established that a state in crises is not only a threat to itself, but
others and most importantly, humanity as represented by her citizens. This is the truth of
the liberal peace theory. Liberal peace theorists set out to enthrone morality and right of
responsibility to intervene in other states where gross crisis against humanity are being
committed. Liberal peace thesis challenge both the Realist View, that war is an inevitable
result of shifting balances of power in an anarchic world, and the so-called English
school approach, which emphasis the consensual status quo framework of the UN charter,
which accords equal rights of protection of states regardless of their domestic framework
(Shedrac, 1998). They are not concerned with sovereignty of states especially when
human rights and dignity of citizens are violated. They stressed that international peace
and individual rights are best advanced through cosmopolitan framework whereby
democratic and peaceful states take a leading responsibility for ensuring the interest of
common humanity (Aishatu, 1998) Ogo (2008).
According to Ogo (2008), “NGOs are partners in the achievement of this goal, not merely
as agencies for distributing aid to disaster affected areas, as in the past. Thus, the ‘new
agenda’ for peace entail a multiplicity of roles that often require ‘deep’ intervention in
aspects of governance, humanitarian aid and development, which have increasingly
become part of the international communities’ agenda in dealing with conflict. To this
end, liberal peace theorists ascribe two compulsory roles to states today. A state is no
longer seen as a central referent of international security. Its new role is to ‘provide
national and individual security and public order – and must involve independence of the
judiciary and accountability to its citizens”.

THE CONCEPT OF INTERNATIONAL SECURITY

Traditionally, international security depends on states for its sustenance in an anarchic
world. The belief was that by maintaining law and order in one’s domain and restricting
oneself to that alone, means good for international security. International security was
premised on consensus building and respect for sovereignty of other states, big or small,
as enshrined in the 1648 treaty of Westphaha and recognized by international law. The
end of World War II and cold war brought new states granted autonomy through the
principle of self-determination and rule. These new states were to contribute in
maintaining international security. Meanwhile, the basic function of guaranteeing order
internally eluded many of them thereby failing the first test of statehood.
International security, as earlier stated, depends on states and UN Security
Council for order and sustainability. In a world system without central government, the
onus of securing the globe relies heavily on states. States are charge with;
a) Ensuring domestic peace and security by protecting their states against internal
rebellion and external aggression and,
b) Acting as a link between its citizens and others in the international area, as well as
the responsibility to work within the comity of nations to ensure global peace and
order. When well constituted, states function to mediate between the constraints
and challenges of the international arena and the dynamic forces of their own
internal economic, political and social relations (Jackson, 1990).
In other words, for a state to live up to its name, it must ensure that these dual
responsibilities are judiciously carried out. Many states have failed to maintain peace
internally often turning the instruments of state coercion against the citizens they were
meant to protect. In some states, protracted ethnic wars have turn the state apart while
many others sustain their rule through terror and abuse of rights of its citizens. Many
others are on the verge of failure as they could not guarantee basic needs of the citizens
who are threatened by poverty, disease and insecurity. According to Ogo (2007), “The
event of September 11 revealed that failed states are not only a threat to itself but also to
the international security. The fight against terrorism, preemptor military attacks on
perceived state sponsors of terrorism have brought back real politick into international
system”.
THE TRUE ORIGIN OF REBELLION AND SECURITY SYSTEM
Rebellion and security system is older than the earth as a planet. It originated from
heaven. A book, ‘Tell the world the Truth’, a collection divine messages, by Blessed
King Servus Mariae answered the question, ‘Why was this earth created at all?’ God is a
king, and like every other king; He wishes to bequeath His kingdom to His son. The
problem so to say is that God cannot even go on sick leave talk of dying. Thus, if His Son
is to wait till the time his father will vacate the office, what have happened to Prince
Charles and late Dinah will happen to him. Prince Charles even has hope because the
queen has less than 100 years to stay in this earth now but God is ever young and eternal.
Thus, he decided to create another kingdom (world) where His son will reign as
He reigns supreme in heaven. The difference between the kingdom of heaven and the
kingdom of the earth He made of his son is this; as God is the uncreated spirit among
created spirits that serve him in heaven, so He intends that His son, an uncreated man to
reign over created men that will serve him on earth.
Before God unfolded his purpose he put the angels on trial for years. He made
Lucifer the leader of his angels and blessed him flamboyantly. Out of pride, Lucifer
thought that after God he is the next, after all God who is known for his orderliness
respects his position as the leader of the angels. At the appointed time, God revealed to
the Angels that He was about to create another kingdom for his son. Lucifer looked up
and down and concluded that he is the one. He started making plans on how to rule in his
kingdom and whom to favour. At the fullness of time, God revealed that that kingdom he
was about to create is for his only begotten son, equal in essence with him. He droved it
home to their ears that He had never called any angel his son or say that ‘today I have
begotten you”. He added that all men and angels must worship his son.
 Lucifer saw this macabre drama as the highest point of injustice on God’s side.
He saw it in the same perspective that Rotimi Amaechi saw his sudden removal as the
gubernatorial candidate of Rivers State in favour of another one. Then, he (Lucifer) said,
“I will not serve”. That is the origin of rebellion, lawlessness, and disorder. Instantly,
security emerged, when Michael, an (unpopular) angel promoted by the Holy Spirit of
God said, ‘I will serve’. War broke out in heaven-Lucifer because of his position in
heaven was able to drew over 60% of the angels on his side. Few angels were on the side
of Michael while the remaining faction decided to remain neutral. In all this
development, God remained mute. He did no come out openly to declare on whose side
He was standing but allowed the angels to go to where they belonged. That war and
confusion, was His game plan to sanitize heaven and remove infidels from it.
The war was horrible and lingered for long. At a stage it seemed that Lucifer will
win, but since one with God in majority, Michael won and drove him out of heaven to the
kingdom his pride and arrogance purchased for him. Mind you the problem of Lucifer
was pride and the best medicine for pride is humiliation. Thus, God did not go and fight
with his creature but allowed a David (MICHAEL) to defeat Goliath (Lucifer) as usual
which is the perpetual regret of Lucifer and eternal tame of his pride. Thus all the angels
who rebelled against God’s plan for His only begotten son were flushed out of heaven.
Even as Lucifer was being thrown out of heaven, he vowed that he must do
everything within his reach to taken over the earth anytime God creates it. Thus it was
because of the Son of God, the word of God equal in essence with the father, the word
through whom all things were made, that war and rebellion occurred in heaven.
When God made the earth, He in his wisdom did not bring his son immediately.
He positioned Adam and Eve hoping that through their linage his son will come to his
world. When Lucifer saw Adam, he taught he was the son of God for whose sake he was
dethroned. He did everything possible to pull him down but later succeeded through Eve.
From then he became the prince of the earth. That was the origin of coup-data. Yes,
Lucifer started from lower animal (serpent), then to Eve and finally he got the caretaker
of the creation – Adam. Instantly God proved to Lucifer that He is in charge in Genesis
3. 15 when he said to the serpent, “because you have done this, you must be accursed
above all creatures. I will put enmity between you and a woman, her seed and your seed,
you will bite her heels but she will crush your head’.

ANALYSES OF THE ENMITY GOD INSTITUTED IN GENESIS 3; 15

1) It is an irreconcilable enmity, because as nobody can put asunder to what God
joined together, nobody can reconcile the enmity he instituted.
2) There are only two camps in this enmity. The camp of the woman and her
children and the camp of the serpent and his children.
3) There are only two captains – the woman and the serpent (Lucifer).
4) The pronouncement is distinct
a) The woman will crush your head
b) The serpent will bite the heels of the woman until its head will be crushed.
Surely, once its head is crushed, it can no longer bite.
5) No church, no religion, no police, no army, no nation, no world power was their
when the supreme creator made this verdict, it was only the fallen Adam and Eve
who were about to be driven out of the paradise, and as such when you find
yourself in this earth, you join one camp.
6) It is not a majority carry the vote affair. It is not a football march where the better
team wins. Victory is for the woman and her children. Thus, even if the serpent
succeed in getting the who world on his side, he is only entitled to bite the heel of
the woman, while even if the woman has only one child, she and her child is
destined to crush the head of the serpent and all his children.
7) The woman in question is not Eve because Eve has already fallen prey to the devil
but the personality of this Great Woman of Genesis was later foretold by Great
prophet Isaiah who prophesied about a Virgin that will bear a son that will be
called Emmanuel (Isaiah, 7:14). He also prophesied that this Son given to us
through this woman will be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The Eternal Father,
The Mighty God, and The Prince of peace and added that the Government of this
world shall be upon His shoulder (Isaiah 9: 6).
8) While we all came into this world through one door – copulation – the very
entrance of misery that made Kind David to cry out in Psalm 51: 5, thus “ Behold
 I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me’ , this uncreated
man among men landed through the glorious virginity of this Powerful Virgin.
Prophet Ezekiel announced long before His arrival in Ezek. 44: 2, thus, “Then the
Lord said to me; ‘this gate shall be shut, it shall not be opened, and no man shall
enter in by it; because the Lord, the God of Israel, hath entered in by it, therefore
it shall be shut.” Thus he lived outside the dominion of Satan! He lived according
to his fathers will and submitted unto death, was buried and on the third day rose
again. He ascended back to the right hand side of his father, having paid the
supreme price, waiting for his enemies to be made into his footstool – according
to Psalm 110:1, ‘ the Lord said to my Lord, sit on my Right hand, till I put your
enemies beneath your foot’, - before He comes back in glory to umpire His
Glorious World.
9) Jesus, (the son of God) as God has the right to stay in heaven and command
Lucifer to get out of the world, but as usual God decided to give him (Lucifer) the
overdose of the therapy of pride. ‘You will end up in the foot of the woman’.
What a shame!
10) Jesus as God was the first to fulfill the decree of Genesis 3:15 to the core. God
who from abintio zoned victory for this special woman and her children became a
true child of this woman in other to defeat the devil according to his holy will.
11) This Blessed Virgin Mary, the woman of Genesis, whom Jesus handed over his
flock at Calvary is the Commander in Chief of the army of God according to
Revelation chapter 13, who is destined to make the enemies of Christ into his
footstool.
12) As God did not pity the apostate angels who rebelled against his divine plan for
his son and have them banished in hellfire, the same faith awaits all men on earth
whom Lucifer has succeeded in making enemies of God’s plan for his son. The
apostate angels and the deceived men will soon converge in the lake of sulfur –
for they are of the same stalk.
13) Since if you are not gathering with this woman of genesis, you must be scattering
with serpent, the devil in his wicked deception has succeeded in setting almost the
whole world against the woman God Almighty is not ashamed to call Mummy.
 14) We shall come back to this model later on.

THE NATURE OF MAN

Man is a complex organism. Very complicated to comprehend! Man unlike other
creatures is blessed with intellect and other precious faculties that make man’s problem
not just that of finding bread for today, but thinking of how to better tomorrow.
Otuiwu (2009:9) wrote, “Man through physical in appearance is a spiritual entity.
Whatever inspiration we have can finally be traced to either of two sources, God or
Satan. By their fruits, you shall know them”.

CONSTRUCTIVE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (EDUCATION) (Cst)

COMPARED WITH DESTRUCTIVE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (Dst)
1. Constructive STME (Cst) is that science and technology or Education in
which God is the umpire. The source of the inspiration is the Holy Spirit of
God and its end result is everlasting life and paradise of peace and joy on
earth – kingdom of God.
2. Destructive STME (Dst) is that Science, Technology or Education in which
Satan the deceiver and destroyer is the umpire. The inspiration that leads to
such invention evil and no mater how novel or useful we might think that they
are to humanity, the end of it all is destruction. According to Otuiwu (2009),
“Viewing the Western World Science and Technology that has been ruling in
the above microscope, one can easily discover that:
1) God has no place in it; neither do they make any reference to him at all.
2) The fruit of such technologies are clear war against God and his precepts.
3) The product and bye products of such technologies have serious adverse
effect on man, his environment and the entire earth.
4) Through this technologies, hell fire (Nuclear weapon) has been set in
different parts of the world (world powers) that must be launched one day,
and when that is done, that will amount to total destruction which is the
end product of any gift of Lucifer or mermaid’.
 THE IMPACT OF MILITARY TECHNOLOGY ON STRATEGIC DOCTRINE
Technology has influenced military strategy and strategic doctrines throughout
human recorded history. It defines much of the contemporary strategic agenda, and
generates much of the language in which strategy is discussed. For instance, the ancient
Egyptians who used weapons made of bronze were defeated by enemies equipped with
harder lean swords. The industrial revolution which began in the eighteen century in
Europe accelerated the pace of technological innovation and created marked disparities.
In broader perspective, political concepts like war, crises, alliance, terrorism power and
security are all heavily conditioned by the character of prevailing technology. Compare
for example the military security problem in Britain in the years before air power and the
years after, or that of the United States of America in the decades before the deployment
of Intercontinental ballistic missiles (ICBMS) and in those after (Dappa, 2007).
Directly, strategic concepts like defense, deterrence, Mutually Assured
Destruction (MAD), arms racing, the arms control, and disarmament are largely derived
from technology. The great array of acronyms and abbreviation for which strategic
discuss are made – ABM, ASAT, ASW, CBW, GLCM, MIRV, TNW, and many more
are almost all directly descriptive of military technology, but technology was not always
central as it is now (Buzan, 1987). The production and proliferation of nuclear weapons
have been made possible by modern technology. And through modern technology many
nations have been introduced to nuclear weapons, which are weapons of mass
destructions.

DESTRUCTIVE SECURITY SYSTEM (DSS) VERSUS CONSTRUCTIVE

SECURITY SYSTEM (CSS)
We have first established that technology which is the application of science propels the
military and security per say. Marrying this with the concept of Destructive Science and
Technology and Constructive Science and Technology we had already established, we
will arrive at the following fact.
1) Destructive Security system (DSS). This is the security system that is the bye
product of Dst. And as Lucifer is the father and initiator of this Science and
technology, he is also the grand father of this consequent military or security
 system and it can only produce destruction, anarchy and the sort which are the
attributes of its initiator.
2) Like Dst, DSS are product of man’s ego and ambition (pride). When a nation
becomes ambitious and wants to become god of the earth, Lucifer will come and
partner with her but at the end destruction will be the final bus top.
3) Dst and DSS has been ruling to world but the time for it to Crash has come.
4) DSS security agents trust in their weapon, instead of God.
5) They get charge up by alcohol and hard drugs.
6) The security agents of DSS don’t depend on God. They make themselves God and
oppress the innocent, the poor and helpless.
7) They don’t known the Prince of Peace and no matter the noise, committees they
set and resources they spend to achieve peace, they will never succeeded because
they are laid by the destroyer who has never known peace.
8) They are self centered. The education, science and technology that are ruling the
world came to be a result of self-interest and over ambition. There was no purity
of intention abintio. The education and curriculum we are bragging with today are
part of the secret agenda of the colonial masters to achieve their aims, principally
for the good of their country. They were looking for global markets to sell their
goods, the products of the industrial revolution. They were in absolute need of
raw materials in order to keep their industries going. Then they discovered that all
these desires of theirs were lying waste in other part of the world. Thus, they
decided to extend their net to all parts of the world. One of their major barriers
was language. Thus, they made it a principal priority to teach these unfortunate
victims of theirs, their mother tongue for effective communication. They needed
clerks, interpreters and other menial professionals to serve their interest and as
such they started educating the people to actualize their aim. Transportation
network like roads and rail-ways was considered necessary since they need them
to carry their loot back to their country. What do you expect when a country or
few countries want to control the whole world? They want to remain on top for
ever, thus they introduced misleading and follow-follow educational system that
will make the world to perpetually depend on them, while they conceal their
 secrets to themselves. How can the peace keeping move succeed when the same
person(s) or countries that are clamoring for peace with one hand are at the same
time struggling for economic and strategic gains with the other?
9) The time has reached for Dst and DSS to be flushed out of this world so that the
reign of peace will commence.
Constructive Security System (CSS)
This is the security system that is the brain child of Cst and God is the master and
cornerstone. St Michael De Archangel and the troupes loyal to him were the pioneer
constructive security system warriors and that is why he remains the unconquerable army
general and prince of heaven. The following truths are basic about CSS,
i) They are humble troupes who deep and on God and are fighting under the
woman of Genesis who is their leader.
ii) The Son of God who is God is the model of these victors.
iii) They don’t depend on their strength or weapons built like little David depends
on God who is the Mighty Man in Battle (MMB).
iv) Irrespective of their number, victory is theirs.
v) Like Michael and troupes loyal to God’s glory, these humble soldiers
unknown to the world will knock out the devil, his Dst and DSS out of the
world in a time too short to be recalled.
vi) They are humble and like Abel and Jacob are being continually persecuted by
their brothers Cain and Esau.
vii) They knew that they are strangers in this world and in humility are waiting for
the kingdom of God on earth. Like the Model Constructive Teacher (MCst) -
Jesus Christ, they know that their kingdom is not of this world.
viii) In life or death they are victors.
ix) As the Western world in partnership with Lucifer has ruined the world
through Dst and DSS so has the third World Africa as they call it, in a joint
Venture with God and his heavenly hosts has won Constructive Science and
Technology (Cst) and consequently Constructive Security System (CSS) that

the footsteps of the Prince of Peace that will and is about to usher in the global
or universal reign of peace, but before then great revolution must commence
in which every DSS solider will be afraid of that gun or weapon he had
worshiped and through this means all that are for the serpent will be wiped out
of this planet.

sharp arrows in the hand of powerful Mary to pierce her enemies. ... They

RECOMMENDATIONS
Otuiwu (2009) wrote;
“A new system is endemic now! Nothing can prevent it as nothing can
save the old rag you and I have damaged. Let the wise and of course all men
 of goodwill begin to have a rethink, retreat and a radical change of live now so
as not to go to oblivion with this system and nation that no medicine can
cure”.
In as much as the assumed world power and chief operator of Dst and DSS
(USA) had known since 30th November 2007 that they have been dethroned
from their position as world power and also the giant of Africa in her leaders
(President, Senators and House of Representatives) have received quit notice
proposal from Him who created this world, then those who are wise must keep
their lamps ready, with enough oil and be ready for any eventuality as
humanity has already reached a cross road.

CONCLUSION
The scripture says that there is no peace for the wicked. The highest form
of wickedness is when one abandons light and prefers darkness. Now that the
world in its stakeholders and military personnel’s have allied forces with
Lucifer to produce Dst and DSS, then nobody should deceive himself
expecting global peace. Evil is fighting its last course on earth with the
greatest momentum it can foster, because even Lucifer knows that his time is
up. Then, the peace loving flock, who depend on God alone should rejoice
even a midst the ruins of our present system, for a new era science, technology
and Education Cst that has God as its umpire, with constructive security
system has emerged in Africa, in a divine nation inside the Giant of Africa as
MCst once told President Yaradua, to bring to zilch the kingdom of darkness
and his DSS and thus usher man to paradise of peace and joy on the planet
earth.
