Amazon.com is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative candidate to join the
Marketplace Business Operations team. This position offers an exciting introduction to Amazon and a

The candidate will have a track record of delivering results, experience processing large amount of data
and experience generating and managing reporting. Great communication skills, and Microsoft Excel will
be essential for your success.
AMAZON environment is fast-paced, and requires someone who is a self-starter, detail-oriented,
analytical, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management.
Basic Qualifications
Any Graduate & Post Graduate with 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience
B.TECH ( 55% & above) ( ALL STREAMS) & MTECH ( ALL STREAMS) (60%& Above)- NO
BACK LOG
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel
Excellent analytical, problem solving and logical reasoning skills
Passion for innovation, automation and operational excellence
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and
internal partners in a professional and mature manner.
Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great
customer experience is required.
Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work with IT systems, understand and work with XML feeds, SQL/DW
Ability to write macros in MS Excel aimed at improving process efficiencies

Hiring Process
• 45 Mins of Pre-placement Talk by Amazon giving an overview of the Company and explaining
all the role being offered. Insights into the Amazon Culture will also be given to the candidates during the
talk
• Talk will be followed by the HR Prescreening where the interviewers will talk to the candidates in
a group
• Post the screening the candidate might go through 1 Online Assessment test (logical and
analytical reasoning)
• All the Assessment Selects will go through 3 Face to Face Interview Rounds.
Note: Each stage of the process post the talk will be elimination. They will keep the candidate updated on
the same during the day.
Compensation Details:
Base salary: 340,000 per annum.
Benefits: Over and above base compensation:
