 Implemented a kaizen system to eliminate the inefficiencies in inventory management for 12% improvement in
equipment uptime and reduced waste.
 Resource optimization, procurement, planning, product scheduling and inventory management through SAP ERP.
 Involved in conceptualizing and designing the changes required to divert part of gas from other high pressure gas field
and introduction of surfactants to overcome the drawdown velocity and reduce the surface tension of liquid,
thereby increasing the life of gas well by 1.2 years and production by 11%.
 Performed root cause analysis and troubleshooting of various bottlenecks of the system to stream line the processes
using fish bone analysis to ensure production uptime >99%.
