 Implemented a kaizen system to eliminate the inefficiencies in inventory management for 12% improvement in
equipment uptime and reduced waste.
 Resource optimization, procurement, planning, product scheduling and inventory management through SAP ERP.
 Involved in conceptualizing and designing the changes required to divert part of gas from other high pressure gas field
and introduction of surfactants to overcome the drawdown velocity and reduce the surface tension of liquid,
thereby increasing the life of gas well by 1.2 years and production by 11%.
 Performed root cause analysis and troubleshooting of various bottlenecks of the system to stream line the processes
using fish bone analysis to ensure production uptime >99%.
 Forecasted the demand of Surfactant and other chemicals required to sustain the gas wells and maintained the safety

 Scheduling and Operation optimization for dispatchers using DMAIC approach to reduce the Overtime cost and
Increase Dispatchers Satisfaction.
 Analysed the call rates for past 3 years and identified the busiest hour and days of the week.
 Introduction of a new model consisting of a "Booster shift" running on the busiest hour of the day and maintaining an
overlap between 2 consecutive shifts.

 Modelled the Impact of Inclement weather conditions to accurately predict Freeway Traffic speed at macroscopic
