Pedagogy and Research Methodology

This is to specify that I am working as Faculty of MBA and BBA at Presidency College of
Management sciences teaching Research Methodology and guiding students in their Internship
project report as well as assist my students in other research work. I believe that this workshop
will help me as well as my organization to be efficient and productive in fulfilling the
everchanging need. As we are aware that educational environment is undergoing significant
changes in extraordinary ways on academic, institutional, technological levels. So, Presidency
college of Management Sciences have a responsibility to address these particular needs.
The college have developed scheme of letting their faculty members to enhance their academic
upgradation and for that the college is willing to sponsor the faculty members. The college will
grant payed study leave for faculty members to pursue their academic upgradation. This is a
pride as well as an asset for the organization, the college will earn long term dividends for the
institution since, the students will be benefited by the knowledge shared by those faculties who
has gone through the process as the faculty would implement that in their respective classes.

This will further support the college itself in meeting goals of institutional growth which is also
the part of career development and Strategic human resource plan for system-wide
development.

I hope that the aforementioned aspects are few among many other benefits that my
organization will fetch from my enrolment in the specified course and expect that I would be
accepted as student by the prestigious Institute and help me and my organization reap the
benefit in the long run.
