1 Regarding Problem in feeding Format 1 to 8 in Special Drive 2018 AC-21
Module
2 Please provide more option to select the relation type i.e. sister(unmarried), AC-21
brother (unmarried), sister in law(for married), daughter in law (for
married), father, mother etc. as many women are unmarried and live with
brother. There are lot of Combined family.
Relation type has not given in the Format 1 to 8 in the register.

3 Provide link,user id and password as voter centre is not approching the

main site for feeding the report as desired as per direction of distt election
office for pursuing the matter at ac level AC-01

The entry of Format-I is not done. due to submission of form of Format-I

the error message shown in the screen "Failed to submit form". AC-1

no option of Brother, Sister & other please create of these option in
relation type, so that the entry of Format 1 can be corrected AC-4

SS R 2018 BLO Book(Format I to VIII) data entry on ERONET.In the Module,

Relation name option column on format-I options are limited to four
relation type only, it is not clear as to how to fill up relation of elector. It is
impossible to fill up relation details of two brothers or sisters and
grandson or granddaughter etc. This issue needs to be addressed urgently
otherwise whole exercise will be useless and wrong data compilation will
lead to complications in Electoral Data. AC-44
While doing entry of relative name, his relation with Head of family only
four options are avialable i.e. husband/wife/son/daughter. If the head of
family is grand father or uncle, these options cannot be filled, it is
requested to provide option of other "in the column of relation with head
of family"
