The rates are inclusive of the following :

1) 24-hour Breakdown and Towing Services

2) Comprehensive insurance coverage
3) Servicing and Mechanical maintenance
4) Free replacement car (in Singapore only) when the leased car is required for repair or servicing
5) Free collection and delivery service to and from the workshop whenever the hired car is
required for repair or servicing
6) Free delivery and collection service

SINGAPORE / MALAYSIA USE

The excess for Malaysia-use car is double of that for Singapore-use. Please note that the hirer will
undertake all liabilities if the hired vehicle is taken to Malaysia without authorization from
Motorway Car Rentals.

INSURANCES

All our hired vehicles are covered under Comprehensive insurance against third party liability
claim, third party property damage and damage to our vehicle. However, there is an Excess
liability for any damage to the vehicle for each and every accident. The hirer’s liability may be
reduced by payment of the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance.

Any accident must be reported to our Motorway office as soon as possible for insurance
purposes. Failing which, the hirer will be responsible for the full repair cost and any third party
claims. Missing accessories and damage to the undercarriage not due to accidents are not
covered by CDW.

MILEAGE CAP

There is a mileage cap for local usage of the rented vehicle at 200 KM per day and 1200 KM per
week. Every additional mileage exceeded is chargeable at $0.40 per KM. However hirer will be
entitled to unlimited mileage if the rented vehicle is rented for Malaysia usage or monthly rentals.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

14 days credit from the invoice date.

Note:
• Drivers must be at least 24 years and below 60 years old with minimum 2 years of driving
experience and posses a valid local licence or international driving licence.
• Hirer shall be responsible for petrol used and replacement of our vehicle, parking fees,
ERP charges and traffic offence fines.
• Copies of driving license and identity card/ Passport of hirer/ Driver must be submitted
before taking over the vehicle.
