1. Hollow outcome shaft with big gear

Operation 10

- Prepare places on the shaft,where are sleeve bearings comes, for measurement
checking according to drawing,(to be clean without grease and dust)
- It is need to prepare surfaces which are defined with measure Ф470h7, Ф760h6 i Ф520

Operation 20

- Dimension checking already prepared surfaces and write down into the measurement
book,
- Forward that data to technologist who will decide according this data what is need to be
done on gearbox

Operation 30

- Into hole diameter Ф520mm put the bronze bushing which is already cool with dry ice
- ATTENTION: Pay attention that outside groove for lubrication on bushing meet with the
hole on the gear (see detail “a“ on drawing)
- Bushing will make in Kolubara Metal according to bushing drawing TZ-G2-339

Operation 40

- Hollow outcome shaft with big gear put on huge drilling and milling machine (brand
Skoda)
- Center it according to surfaces Ф470h7, Ф760h6
- It is need to machined inside hole of the bushing to diameter which will be determine,
according to assembly drawing

- Cutting material 42CrMo4 on dimension Ф470x155mm (diameter x length) 1 item/piece

Operation 20

- Row piece of part machined to measure according to sketch PP.6305

- Outside diameter machined on measure Ф460mm and length 30mm, and Ф380mm and
length 120mm, 1 item/piece
- This above there are not final measure, after heat treatment will machined again

Operation 30

- Heat treatment of part, hardness 27-29 HRc ,1 item/piece

Operation 40

- Machined part on length of 142 mm, outside diameter machined on measure Ф450mm
(-1mm) length is 12mm, diameter Ф370mm (there is no finite measure) length is 130mm
- Hole machined on measure Ф335mm (there is no finite measure) length 142mm
according to drawing
REMARK: Final measure of hole and outside diameter will be determined in the future
when they measure diameter holes on gearbox house
