This is a very brief excerpt from the Cthulhu Mythos tome called G'HARNE FRAGMENTS. I believe that Brian Lumley had access to this particular fragment, or one similar to it, for his fiction based on the Burrowers Beneath. Lovecraftian Occult Work!

Note: "The Litany of Shudde M'ell" is quoted in its entirety in a
certain chapter of the Necronomicon, which is apparently where author Brian Lumley found it and published it in his 1969 short story "Cement Surroundings," which later became a chapter in his first novel, The Burrowers Beneath. To be sure, nowhere is it hinted in his fiction that this passage is from the G'harne Fragments. However, I recently acquired copies of a few pages of Sir Amery Wendy-Smith's treatise on the subject, one of which contained the following:
Ce’haiie ep-ngh fl’hur G’harne fhtagn,
Ce’haiie fhtagn ngh Shudde-M’ell.
Hai G’harne orr’e ep fl’hur,
Shudde-M’ell ican-icanicas fl’hur orr’e G’harne…
Commentary: I have been unable to find more of the Litany, although
it is said to be well-known to certain Elder Brotherhoods in Africa.
