Topic: The plural of nouns - practice

Vocabulary: regular and irregular nouns, vocabulary regarding food

dialogues, explanation, exercise, game.

Resources: notebooks, handouts, whiteboard, pictures.

Anticipated problems: The Ss may not understand some oral
commands or tasks; if this happens, they will be translated into

Aims: - To consolidate the plural of nouns


- To encourage students to learn the English language through
dialogues, games, conversation
- To give students more practice on grammar, pronunciation
and vocabulary .
- to stimulate students’ imagination.
Objectives:
- to classify and list the nouns according to their endings and
categories in plural
- to identify and label at least 4 nouns for each plural structure
- to list 15 nouns according to their plural form
- to challenge their group partners into being more involved
- to organize the pictures and words in order to present the solution to
