Dear Participant(s),
We are happy to state that following PAPERS has been SELECTED for paper
presentation at MXCEL’10 on September 18th 2010. You are requested to register between
08:30 – 9:30 am at the registration desk. We provide LCD projector to make your PPT
presentation. NO TRAVEL ALLOWANCE will be paid to participants. Please adhere to the
following guidelines:
1. Maximum 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion.
2. Please bring three hard copies of your paper.
4. PPT should only be in office 2003 format. (.ppt format)
5. Bring your college ID card for verification.
6. We allow only maximum three authors per paper.
7. Every participant need to pay registration fees of Rs. 100.
8. We encourage bringing models/prototypes of your working model to support your
paper at your own cost and risk. Organizers are not responsible for the safety issues
regarding the models/prototypes.
9. Please confirm your participation by replying to the mail id papersmxcel@gmail.com
on or before 12th September 2010.
10. All participants are asked to bring two recent passport size photographs.
11. Students who need accommodation should register us before September 15th, 2010.
(Accommodation will be provided to the students who are coming to the Symposium
away from more than 150 kilometers).
