Thank God for the presence of Allah SWT over the abundance of grace and grace
given to the author so that I can complete the apprenticeship proposal. This
apprenticeship proposal is submitted to meet one of the requirements for
apprenticeship program held by Pertamina Hulu Mahakam. The authors hope that this
apprenticeship proposal can be taken into consideration to be able to follow the
internship program held by Pertamina Hulu Mahakam. Therefore, the authors thank.

CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background
Companies in the recent year are required to work well to survive in the midst of
intense competition between organizations. Each company or organization are
implemented by various activities to achieve the predetermined commitment of
making the profit grow which not dissociated from the main purpose. The
company’s first priority to provide employee with appropriate welfare,
satisfaction, and morale for the employee. At the same time, the company would
get reciprocity from the employee from how they create value and dedication to
the company. The company’s approach by the activities with prosper and
improve employee morale will be motivated to work well, reduce stress at
workplace, create the environment that would give the employee feel comfortable
and safe . However, in the fact, many fresh graduates are not ready to work
because they don’t have much practical experience doing the real work. With this
apprenticeship program, I personally hope that I would be the candidate and
make meaningful contribution to Department of Accounting.
1.2 Objectives
Apprenticeship program has several goals as follows:
1. Capable to directly understand the real situation of the working place and
solve the problems in it with most effective ways.
2. Capable to applying the knowledge that I learn in University in the real life
work problems.
3. Capable to learning more and do the best work by independently
and team.

5. Capable to managing the time, manage the emotions and stress under the
circumtanse in the workplace.
1.3 Benefit
A. For Apprenticeship
1. Added the ability and experience in apprenticeship program and learning
from the real professional at the company
2. Increase the knowledge and skills in real situations and solve problems
with effective and efficient methods.
B. For the company
1. Maximize the benefits for the company as good as the apprentice.
2. If the company have complex problems or want to require additional
personnel then I can make strategic plan to solve the problems.
