National and International Open Invitation to Tender

N°01 /2018 / NAFTAL /DCTM/DTR

The National Company of Marketing and the Distribution of Oil Products NAFTAL, with a capital of 40.000.000.000 DZD, NIF :
09991600096164,Central Directorate of Transport and Maintenance, located at Route des Dunes BP 73 Chéraga -Alger, issues a national
international invitation to tender, concerning:

Acquisition of 65 tankers, divided into 3 batches:

Batch n° 01: 20 fuel tankers, type 4x2 with a capacity of 12m3, RTMDR and ADR

Batch n° 02: 05 fuel tankers, type 4x2 with a capacity of 12m3, equipped by a counting group

Batch n° 03: 40 LPG tankers, type 8x4, with a capacity of 30m3, equipped by measured distribution group

In return of the payment of an amount of ten thousand dinars(10.000DZD) for the Algerian tenderers, and eighty-three Euros (83€) for the
foreign tenderers or its equivalent in foreign convertible and refundable sum by bank transfer, nearby the External Bank of Algeria, Agency of
Site of Naftal Headquarters in Chéraga (Account n° in the account N°002 00008 0800 860005-72).

The deadline of the tenders’ submissions in determined in 42 days as from the publication of this notice in the BAOSEM.

This invitation to tender’s submission is in two stages mode.

First Stage: Submission and opening of the technical tenders with no reference to the price: they must be submitted by the representatives
duly mandated by the tenderer and opened in the same session, an invitation letter precising the time and date of the technical tenders’
opening date and place shall be addressed to the tenderers having withdrawn the tender’s package, to attend or to be represented.

Second Stage: Submission and opening of the financial tenders: they must be submitted by the representative duly mandated by the tenderer
and opened in the same session, an invitation letter precising the time and date of the financial tenders’ opening shall be addressed to only
the tenderers whose technical tenders are declared conform.

The tenderers must deposit a submission bail for each batch that is equal to:

Algerian tenderers:

Batch n°: 3.000.000.00DZD

Batch n° 02: 1.000.000.00 DZD

Batch n° 03: 5.000.000.00 DZD

Foreign tenderers:

Batch n° 01: 25.000.00€

Batch n° 02: 9.000.00€

Batch n° 03: 42.000.00€

The bail validity duration is limited at 120 days, assorted by an additional period of 30 days.

The tenderer must joint the original copy of the submission bail to their technical tender.
