IRR 1.1 All participants must be bona fide members of the Philippine Institute of
Accountants of the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
IRR 1.2 Each Cluster must send two(2) groups (1 group for boys & 1 group for girls).
IRR 1.4 Each group must come up with their own crew name.
IRR 1.5 The list of dancers and the name of the crew/team shall be
submitted on December 12, 2016 at the JPIA office.
IRR 1.6 All participants must be at the given venue at the designated time.
IRR 1.7 Music must be submitted on or before February 12, 2017, 04:00 pm
at the JPIA Office. Back up file is highly encouraged.
IRR 2.1 Each crew/team should prepare a minimum of 4 minutes and maximum of 5
minutes dance routine including entrance and exit.
IRR 2.2 The two teams send by each cluster must merge and perform another dance
routine for the MEGA CREW CATEGORY.
IRR 2.3 Explicit vulgarity costume and dance steps are not allowed.
IRR 2.4 The following basic tumbling tricks are allowed: forward/backward roll, cart
wheel, front/back walk, round off, and back hand spring. Combination tumbling
will be limited to one flip or hip over. Twisting is not allowed.
IRR 3.1 following are NOT allowed: liquids, flammable Materials, confetti, powders,
firecrackers, and any hard or heavy materials that may destroy the floor
during entrance or exit.
IRR 3.2 No materials should be left on the floor after the routine.
IRR 3.3 All props must be carried out and removed from floor, which must be left clean
by the performers after their routine.
IRR 4.2 Indecent costumes are prohibited. (e.g. cleavage exposure, skimpy costumes,
etc.)
IRR 4.3 Removable costume parts, once removed, are considered props. They are
allowed as long as the conditions and rules for props are observed.

IRR 6.1 All deductions will be subtracted from general average score.
IRR 6.2 The following violations shall have the corresponding penalties as listed:
Deduction
• Less than or more than the number of participants 5 points
• Not within the allotted time 5 points
• Costume and Props Violations 5 points
• Late compliance of requirements 5 points
IRR 6.3 Only the Cluster Presidents can raise any concern after the whole
performance.
IRR 6.4 Three to Five (3-5) judges will score the whole performance.
IRR 6.5 The decision of the Board of Judges is final and irrevocable.
IRR 7.0 DETERMINING THE WINNER
IRR 7.1 In determining the winners and the overall champion in this competition:
IRR 8.1 Winning Cluster shall be awarded with the following points to be
accumulated in the determination of the overall champion in the
Barrio Fiesta:
IRR 8.2 There shall also be awards given to the crew who performs best in
each category
