The requested pertains to written documentation of the requested information by 
photocopies of authentic records, duly made and signed by authorized State 
employees. 
A) Procedures of on the record, formal meetings of the Central Election 
Committee
1. Any and all records, which clarify procedures for formal meetings of the Central 
Election Committee, valid as of this date, including:
(a) Any and all records, which clarify who are “Members of the Committee”;
(b) Any and all records, which clarify who are the officers, whose presence is 
mandatory for the conduct of a valid meeting of the Central Election Committee;
(c) Any and all records, which clarify which meetings must be attended by 
Chairperson of the Committee (Justice of the Supreme Court);
(d) Any and all records, which clarify, who are the Members or Officers of the 
Committee, whose signature must appear on valid protocols of the Central 
Election Committee;
(e) Any and all records, which clarify, what the quorum is of Committee Members, 
which is required for holding a formal, on the record meeting of the Committee.

2. Copies of any and all records, if they exist, which are the authentic  Protocol of the 
“Central Election Committee Meeting” on May 24, 2016, ref  2184516.
3. Position titles of those, who are listed as “Members of the Committee” in the above 
referenced Protocol: Yishay Raz, Orly Shalev, Shlomi Yahas, Dana Dor, Yoav 
Ventura, Roy Leone, Hen Shaharabani, Yaniv Kremer, Esty Pfeifel, Guy Yosef, Adi 
Arditit, Shay Escue.
B) Protocols of formal meetings of the Central Election Committee, in which the 
Chairperson (justice of the Supreme Court) participated
1. Any and all duly made protocols of the Central Election Committee and/or 
Presidency of the Central Election Committee  from the past 7 years, in which 
Chairperson of the Committee (Supreme Court justice) participated.
C) Appointments
1.  Copy of a duly made March 16, 2010 Protocol of the Presidency of the Central 
Election Committee, where Attorney Orly Adas was appointed CEO of the 
Committee;
2.  Any and all records, which document lawful appointment, pursuant to the State 
Service Regulations, of Attorney Dean Livneh as Legal Counsel of the Committee;
3.  Any and all records, which which document lawful appointment, pursuant to the 
State Service Regulations, of the Accountant General of the Committee;
4.  Any and all records, which which document lawful appointment, pursuant to the 
State Service Regulations, of Mr Ofer Yishay, “Computing Consultant of the 
Committee”, and any and all records, which document the nature of his position.
Comment: In case that the requested documentation of appointments are by 
Employment Agreements, there is no interest in personal data (ID numbers, rank, 
pay, etc) and such details may be redacted.
