I N FO R MAT I O N
The Provincial Prosecutor of Iloilo through the undersigned, accuses ART
MANTE ALIAS ‘ARTEM’ and LEV NADA of the crime of FRUSTRATED
HOMICIDE committed as follows:

That on or about the 11th day of January 2018 in the Municipality of Tigbauan,
Iloilo, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named
accused, conspiring, confederating and cooperating with one another, armed with a
knife, with deliberate intent and decided purpose to kill, did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously strike, attack, assault, stab and maul several times, JUV
PEZ Y YAPA, with the bladed weapon (kitchen knife) they were then provided,
thereby hitting the victim; several times, thus performing all the acts of execution which
would produce the crime of Homicide as a consequence, but nevertheless did not produce
it by reason of some cause or causes independent of the will of the perpetrators; that is,
by the intervention of some concerned citizen of said place and the timely medical
assistance rendered to the victim which prevented his death.
