University Grants Commission (UGC) has drafted UGC Regulations

(Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and Other Academic
Staff in Universities and Colleges and Measures for the Maintenance of
Standards in Higher Education) 2018. The above Regulations are attached
along with for seeking feedback/comments/suggestions in the prescribed
format as under, from stakeholders/general public. It is requested to send
your feedback/comments/suggestions on the above draft documents to UGC
by email on : ugcregulations2017@gmail.com on or before 28th February,
2018 by midnight.
