ABSTRACT

In this project the researcher concludes that majority of the employees feel that the
working conditions should be improved and the safety measures should be provided in
advanced manner. If effective steps were taken to satisfy’ their expectations, it would
increase the productivity and their job satisfaction may rise.

These welfare organizational climate services help in removing the dissatisfaction and
there develop loyalty among the workers towards their organization. Through this welfare
program, the management as well as the workers will be able to meet their needs and fulfils
their aspirations.

The workers were satisfied with their team work, co-operation, supervisors and other
skills. Their highly satisfied with the current climate.
