Sir/Madam,

It is my great privilege & pleasure to inform you that, the Assam Science and Technology
University (ASTU) has been implementing the automation for the ongoing even semester
examinations, 2017 taking all the semester courses as a whole in order to make the pre &
post examination processes easier, faster & error free. We now take up for online entry of Internal
Marks (CE & MS) along with class attendance (initially for Theory subjects) for all the students
(both regular & repeaters). Please note that, the link for entry of marks (for Theory subjects)
will be activated on the online portal from 22.05.2017 to 09.06.2017.

Please find below the detail instructions for online entry of marks:

1. To log into the online portal please visit www.astuonline.in

2. To log in please enter your user id & password.

3. For marks entry there will be a menu item called Marks.

4. The details of the step by step process will be in the user manual as and when notified at
the homepage of the website.

5. After completion of the marks entry for the entire candidates, the College/ Institution may
take a print out of the Marks entry Report for their office record. However, they must submit
the original Internal mark foils to the University as done before.

The institutional Master User with administrative privilege can create as many sub user
ids as they want, to ensure smooth and fast insertion of data.
