THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the Motion of the State of Florida and thetequest

of the Tampa Police Department and the Court having been further apprised in the premises, it is thereupon

QRDERED AND ADJUDGED that the sealing of the Search Warrant to Uber Technologies Inc.

(served on February lS', 201 8) and Related Documents is necessary to:

a. Prevent a serious and imminent threat to the fair, impartial and orderly

administration of justice,

b. Protect a compelling governmental interest, or

c. Avoid a substantial injury to an innocent therd party, and there are no less

restrictive measures are available to protect these interests, it's further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Search Warrant and Related Documents (TPD Case

Numbers 2017-524122, 2017-541546, 2017-530372, 2017-586397) is hereby sealed from public inspection

b y all persons except authorized personnel of the State Attorney's Office in and for the Thirteenth Judicial

Circuit and authoriced personnel of the Tampa Police Department until

a. Further court order, or

b. The release of the discovery.
