Learning Objectives

Emotional intelligence is essential for success. In this module you will understand what is “EI” and how to develop EI,
develop your emotional needs and means of expression,which is the first step in making as successful career. You will also
learn by developing EI how to make communication effective, thereby improving Relationships /interaction.

During this Workshop, you will:

• Understand levels of Emotional Awareness

• Learn how to manage negative emotions

• Learn how to raise Emotional Quotient for Effectiveness
