Dear Sir,

This has reference to the discussions with BSP held between 09-07-2017 to 11.07.2017 regarding
the alternative scheme issued earlier by MECON vide letter no MEC/02/40/9101/078B1/399 dated
10.04.2017. In this regard please find enclosed herewith the revised scheme as follows;

Please note that the scheme no MEC/S/9101/02/40/10/24/SMS-III/SCH/IW-02,R0 i.e.” Proposed Scheme
for Temporary Supply Of Industrial Water for Direct Cooling Water (Spray Cooling) Of CCP from the Existing
Pump House Of Merchant Mill” has been merged with the scheme no MEC/S/9101/02/40/10/24/SMS-
III/SCH/IW-01,R1 i.e. “Proposed Scheme of Temporary Supply of Industrial water for Indirect Water Circuit
of BOF, SRU & CCP and Direct Water Circuit of CCP from Pump House (WTP-6) of BRM”.

In view of above the bill of quantities has also been revised and the same is also enclosed with the scheme.
This is for your reference and further necessary action at your end.
