Challenging Assumptions Worksheet Instructions and Rubric

Instructions:
1. Read the entire worksheet.
2. Consider the quotes in the ​yellow box​ on page 1.
3. Answer all questions in the ​green box​ on page 1.
4. Consider how you will test your prototype (#8 on page 1) and ​write/type your plan​ to
test.
5. Read through page 2.
6. Draw​ a 30 second sketch of your project in the box provided.
7. Work with one other person to ​write Assumption Statements​ in the assumptions areas
in the red (I don’t think ___ will work because...), yellow (This might ____ because...),
and green (I think ___ will work because…) boxes.
8. Write two questions​ associated with those assumptions to be able to clarify, further
develop, and communicate about your prototype.
