ALCONTROL OIL ANALYSIS SERVICES

Dear Sir/Madam,
Many thanks for your enquiry about the possibility of using
ALcontrol as your analysis laboratory for your lubricant analysis requirements. I
have included details below of our prices, test suites and processes involved in
using our laboratory.

Process
Order analysis kits by faxing requests to 01492 574778, providing an order number
to cover the costs and delivery address. Sample kits will be dispatched within 3
working days.

The prices include the delivery of sample kits to a depot in the UK. Delivery
charges to European depots will be invoiced at cost and will be sent via DHL to
ensure rapid delivery of the sample kits. The sample kits and analysis is a pre-paid
service, in that the service is paid for upfront to minimise any invoicing issues that
may occur.

Each sample kit contains

1X 100ml clean transparent plastic sample bottle

1X A5 sample form for equipment and oil details to be stated
1X addressed cardboard mailer to return samples back to the lab

Take a sample and complete the attached submission form (the more information
you can provide on this sheet, the better service we can provide).
Post or courier samples back to laboratory and results will be sent out 36 hours
after sample receipt (excluding weekends and holidays), however we do offer an
out of hours service should any of your samples be critical to the operation of
important machinery.

On every sample we receive we offer a standard routine analysis, dependent on

what equipment the sample has been taken from.
All samples will be analysed and interpreted in accordance with general
Wearcheck UK condemning limits unless your company or relevant OEM
specifications supply bespoke limits.

You will be designated an account manager at the laboratory whom will manage all
of your requirements and answer any potential queries you may have.

Non-Routine Testing

This type of testing relates to possible oil/fluid related failures, whereby the end
user cannot determine why their equipment has failed. By sending a sample of oil
or filter to the laboratory we can usually determine the reason for the failure and
give recommendations on how to prevent it happening again. This analysis can
also cover fuel or coolant related issues. Investigation analysis can also determine
composition/cause of any sludges/deposits found in the system. We can also
perform comparison analysis on fluids and also determine differences between
mineral and synthetic oils. Prices of this type of analysis start at £100 + VAT per
sample.

We also offer comprehensive testing services on turbine applications, heat transfer

fluids and paper machine oils. Our Transcheck laboratory specialises in analysing
insulating fluid from all types of electrical transformers.

Reporting

Sample reports can be issued via e-mail or on the Internet. Each report can be sent
out to up to 9 designated email recipients, supplied by your company. You will also
be issued with a password to access results on our secure interactive website.

All sample data can be supplied in a comma delimited or data file format. This file
can be sent for individual samples or on a weekly basis.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Price Stability
All prices quoted will remain effective for a twelve (12) month period from the date
of this proposal.

Terms
Terms are Net 30.
