Students in the IB diploma program at your school may qualify for earlier admission to UBC based on their anticipated IB results.
Admission will take into consideration the anticipated grades in both individual subjects and additional points for essays and
TOK. As well, students will need to have the prerequisite courses that are required for the specific program they are applying to.
Along with this form, please submit an official transcript showing all courses and grades completed from grades 9 – 11, and a
transcript that shows all other courses in progress (including IB courses).
If you think any of your students may qualify for admission to UBC based on their IB diploma results, please complete and
return this form to UBC. This form should only be completed for students who have applied to UBC.

Have you completed the Anticipated IB Grades for UBC form in full?
Is your student enrolled in IB SL Math?
 If yes, please be advised that IB SL Math courses completed prior to September 2005 should indicate Math Studies or Math
Methods as appropriate. IB SL Math completed after September 2005 will be considered as the equivalent of the former
Math Methods course. IB SL Math Studies should still be indicated as appropriate.
Have you affixed the school stamp or seal in the appropriate spot on the form?
 Have you included an official transcript showing all courses and grades completed from grades 9 to 11, and a transcript
