This is to confirm that our scheduled Friday, February 16, 2018 office conference is cancelled because of
your assertions as to my representation of you in this matter. I will await the Court psychologists's report to
the Judge on April 6, 2018, before taking any other action on this case. If you wish to have this case or my
representation addressed by the Court prior to the April 6th date, please notify me and I will seek to
advance the case for hearing.
