Organizations that require consolidation of their marketing processes

In the field of alternative development, 43 cooperatives operate with 8,139

members, 153 associations with 5,133 members and 307 Producer Committees
with 7,946 members.
Only 50% of the organizations' production is marketed through them. The lack of
working capital in organizations, for timely payment, among others, makes it
difficult to market all the partners' production.
In this framework, all producer organizations need to consolidate their marketing
processes. It can be specified that the organizations that are already exporting,
that are more experienced, should have special attention to consolidate
marketing and their participation in the market.
Areas, products or activities that could generally have greater marketing
value and better economic benefits
 Improve competitiveness and profitability, placing special emphasis on
standardizing quality, strengthening the institutionalization of producer
organizations and promoting the sustainable production of the farm, which
implies productive diversification, increased productivity, care of the
environment through the agroforestry and the production of high quality cocoa
and coffee duly certified.
 Promotion of alternative development products (Expo Alimentaria, Expo Café
Peru, Cocoa and Chocolate Show Peru, Expo Amazónica, Mistura - Apega,
Feria Internacional de Cafés Especiales del Perú - FICAFE)

 Promote the expansion of the destination market of Peruvian exports within

the framework of free trade agreements signed by the Peruvian State.

 Facilitate the individual access of the producer to the agrarian credit.

 Strengthening of associativity through generational change and with a gender

approach; promote the greater participation of women.
In addition, the improvement and maintenance of the communal infrastructure,
with emphasis on neighborhood roads, bridges, sewers, communal premises,
community and basic social gathering centers.
