Dear Parents.

This year, your child’s school report will be available online using the SchoolBase Parent Portal. Therefore, you
will need to ensure that you have a SchoolBase Parent Portal account and know your username and
password. IF THE REPORT DOES NOT APPEAR ON YOUR PORTAL PLEASE CONTACT SCHOOL ACCOUNTS
accounts@gulfenglishschool.com

The reports will not be released if a book is still missing or school fees have not been paid.

They shall also arrive in your email inbox so please ensure that you have provided us with your correct email
address.

To access your child’s report

Please note: If you are accessing the report on the app, please open the app and then click on the SchoolBase
Online icon as shown below and then follow the steps below.

1. Go to: https://schoolbase.online/Logon?DName=Gulfeng
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click on Parental Documents

4. On the left, under Filters, click on any and then select End of Term Reports.
 5. You will then see the report similar to the picture below

6. Click on the Download button and it will save to your computer. From here, you can choose to print or
save the report.

We shall also be uploading the Level Documents that will explain the grading system to you for your child’s
year group. In order to access these, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to: https://schoolbase.online/Logon?DName=Gulfeng
2. Enter your username and password
3. Click on Parental Documents

4. On the left, under Filters, under Type, click on Level Documents.

5. You will then see the level document similar to the picture below
