9AM ‐ 3PM lists were provided to you in the student packet 
provided with your appointment offer via email. 
There is a NEW Rt‐100 Form. The form is attached 
to this email. All TA/GA/Fellows must complete the 
EE 124 Ms. Arletta Hoscilowicz form following registration for Fall 2017 courses. 
9AM ‐ 3PM
Bring the completed form to Arletta for signature 
and she will provide further instructions.

7:00 ‐ 9:00 PM EE 203 Dr. Zoran Gajic academic advising session with Dr. Gajic. He will 
assist you in planning your program schedule. 
All incoming MS students are invited to attend this 
7:00 ‐ 9:00 PM Hill 114 Dr. Zoran Gajic academic advising session with Dr. Gajic. He will 
assist you in planning your program schedule. 
All incoming PhD students are invited to attend this

All students who hold a TA or Fellowship
