INTRODUCTION
We are the only Swimwear Manufacturer Company in Bali to hold an exemption
certificate against tax & duty on the importation of fabrics. As tax & Duty on fabric
import is approx. 50% additional on landed costs, means any other producer will be
paying close to double what we pay for any imported high end fabrics, making us by
far your best choice for price as well as quality. In the main we import re-cycled
fabrics made from fishing nets called VITA from Carvico in Italy. They supply many
high end plain dyed swimwear fabrics. For digital printing, we use a re-cycled fabric
from the USA called www.repreve.com, made from post consumer nylon waste.

There are also other suppliers such as Euro Jersey www.sensitivefabrics.it,

supplying high quality swim and active-wear fabrics that you might like to checkout.

There is now a new local swimwear fabric available in Bali, much superior to
anything available before. The hand feel is very good with some compression
making it suitable for swim/surf brands. Available in 31 matte colours. It’s
attributes are UV & Chlorine resistant. Available off the shelf, sold per meter & a
suitable solution should you not have the time to wait for us to import overseas
fabric. Price is comparable to imported Italian fabric.
 STEP 1. HAND OVER
A good hand – over of styles, plains or prints will enable us to estimate your prices much faster as well as less costly.
The best handovers are sent to us in one PDF file with all your data within, showing your styling & whether plain or
printed with every style coded for better communication further down the track. Also you can if you want, send us
web links such www.kingtrading.com/our-products/mixed-styles as showing shapes with changes you would like to
see, noted. Also a good tech pack or spec sheets are simple to work from. Lastly we can work from hand drawings
but hand drawings are the least desirable, most time consuming & often result in the items being made twice or more
times meaning can be very time consuming & costly. Once you have gone through all the data provided & decided
what you want to make you can send us your hand over & we will go through all & get back to you should anything be
unclear. You will at this point be clear or close to clarity on what fabric you want your styles made from.

PRINTS
For any print or motif request, you need to send us in a resolution of 300 dpi saved in any format. Should you not
have a print to send us then ideally you will pay a graphic artist to make for you or use the services of one the
following web sites who sell them in Vector format which being most suitable for printing purposes well as relatively
inexpensive. Go www.123rf.com or www.creativemarket.com & select Vector format & the styles of your print you
want to use & forward to us.

We mention Vita as it’s made from re-cycled fishing nets & by far the
most popular swim fabric for 2017. If you go to the link above & click
“Find a Fabric”, & then type in “Vita”, you will see mentioned all its
attributes. Superb Luxury fabric which lays very flat upon
production, no bunching at the seams, Chlorine & UV protection
factor 50, meaning the colors won’t fade easily & you won’t burn
under the suit. Both Carvico the fabric supplier as well as ECONYL
www.econyl.com the yarn producer (both located in Milan) provide
free hang tags. The Carvico tags we handle upon bulk order.

STEP 3. GET A QUOTE
Upon receipt of your hand over our team of expert pattern makers
& merchants will go to work & calculate the best estimated
wholesale price for your collection. You should check around, the
price we offer our clients is by far the best price you will receive
from any supplier in Bali for a high-end premium swimwear
collection.

 STEP 4. SAMPLING
All in USD. We charge 2 x estimated wholesale price + $30 per style that includes all grading &
pattern making using our in-house computerized CAD software system. In cases of complexity we
will possibly add some extra charges, but this is rare & always informed before we begin.

Up to 15 shapes can be completed in 4-6 weeks unless they are particularly complicated such as
cups, straps or wires, which may require a little more time.

If you requested printed fabrics or any specialty hardware or packaging, as this is by far the most
time consuming part of the process, means these need to be addressed at start.

Once your swim collection is made & packed, we can send to you via our DHL account, or should
you wish you can collect with your own courier account.

WORKING WITH US FROM OVERSEAS.

In many cases, sample handovers are sent to us via email. After the collection is near to
completion, you can, should you choose, come over to check all. If travel to Bali be impractical,
then once you have received your sample collection, please request a SKYPE meeting with your
merchant to visually review all styling.
 STEP 5. PRODUCTION & QC
Once you have placed bulk orders with us you need to take note that we require
back the approved samples.

If not we have to re make and this may take up to two weeks. And will add two
weeks to your delivery window.

MINIMUM PURCHASE ORDER (P.O.)

• 1,000 pcs per purchase order, for example, 500 bikini sets, or 500 tops & 500
bottoms.
• 100 pcs per style • Up to 3 colour ways
• 10 pcs per colour and size
1,000 pcs per PO (ex: 500 bikini sets)

TIME LINE
• 4 weeks for printed or plain imported Italian fabrics
• 4 weeks to import such items as heat press, hardware, packaging
• 4 weeks from fabrics & accessories arrive into our facility (as above)
• 4-6 weeks to manufacture
All our printing is processed overseas.

Quality Control.
STEP ONE. Check size specifications & insuring neat stitching.

STEP TWO. The QC team works under special magnifiers & lights to spot any small
blemishes or imperfections.

STEP THREE. To final QC supervisors who will randomly put your stlyes onto a
tailor’s dummies to ensure a perfect fit. At this point should any imperfections be
spotted, we go back to step 1.

STEP FOUR. Each piece is then individually packed into a poly-bag with a small
silicone chip to absorb any moisture etc & into the boxes.

STEP FIVE: -Every packet we dispatch to you has a label on the outside of the bag
with the code, style, colour & size. As we bar code all bags, means you can easily
identify all stocks with your end retail software..

Then it’s either via courier to your home address if you used local fabrics, or via
Cargo if using our import facility for overseas imported fabrics in your production, to
your local airport and pre arranged clearance agent. We assist with all & very
simply to facilitate.
 STEP 6. DISPATCH & DELIVERY
We will provide you a packing list detailing the total amount of pieces in each box stating exactly whats in each box. If the fabrics were imported, then we

must export the swimwear through a Cargo Agent in Bali. Mostly we use a company called Krishna Cargo who will happily provide a price much cheaper

than any courier to the airport nearest to your delivery address through a clearance broker close to you. We assist with every step to your door. Normally

from uplift from our facility to your home, approximately 5-7 working days. If you use local fabric in Bali in your production than we can use any courier, for

example, DHL either using your account or our company account . Take 3-5 working days..

Hardwares should be addressed at the start of your order.

Without your heat pressed logo which we import from China, we cant start your swimwear production. All accessories
such as nickel-free, salt-water resistant, electro-plated metal takes in the region of 4-6 weeks to produce from your
deposit to delivery to our office in Bali.

It’s important to note that something as small as a little clip can delay things meaning we tackle any metal or
packaging requests at start. For branded logos, washing instructions, sizing, etc mostly clients prefer to be heat-
pressed into the back of your swimwear as opposed to using conventional labeling.

made from nylon fishing nets being by far the most popular global fabric of 2016/17. Should you desire another type or

cards in their office in HK or USA, means all you have to do is send an email to King Trading with your requests & we

Once you are clear on the colours & fabric/s you require then simply email us the data as follows :
-A. Fabrics name.
-B. Colour name
-C. Colour code.
We will then pass your request onto CARVICO & they will deal with you direct. They will require a payment for the sample
meters & using your courier account, send those requested sample meters to King Trading in Bali. Carvico, the same as
almost all big named fabric suppliers globally, require to know the end user & will possibly promote your brand. How to
do this is all explained in the PDF you should have received entitled "sample fabrics from Carvico".
For bulk orders, we handle all. We also assist in gaining your free tags to attach to each piece showing its Italian Lycra
and re-cycled & its many attributes such as chlorine resistant, UV factor 50 etc. Any fabrics we use in your sampling,
we will credit back to you @ the price Carvico charged you per meter.

Made from high-quality TRANSPARENT PVC sticker. These stickers have an
adhesive back enabling the liner to stay in the swimsuit or underwear without

HEAT TRANSFER

management using Eco re-cycled fabrics in the main,
has been our company policy from conception.

Every staff member receives full medical insurance

including for their spouse & up to 3 children. No staff
are paid minimum wage with mostly all being paid
at least two times the minimum or more. Most of our
staff have worked with us for over ten years.
