SIMPULAN DAN SARAN

SIMPULAN

Pemberian loading 500cc hidroxyletrhyl starch 200/0,5 (6 %) pada anestesi spinal pasien
bedah caesar memberikan efek peningkatan kadar kreatinin, penurunan tes klirens kreatinin
(CCT) dan pengurangan jumlah urin lebih besar dibanding hidroxylrthyl starch 130/0,4 (6 %)
tetapi secara uji statistik didapatkan hasil yang tidak bermakna.

SARAN

1. Penggunaan koloid hidroxylethyl starch 130/0,4 (6 %) dan hidroxylethyl starch 200/0,5


(6 %) aman digunakan pada pemberian loading 500 cc pasien bedah cesar dengan
anestesi spinal.
2. Untuk mendapatkan hasil hidroxylethyl starch 130/0,4 (6 %) dan hidroxylethyl starch
200/0,5 (6 %) dapat menyebabkan gagal ginjal akut memerlukan penelitian pada dosis
maksimal dan waktu pengamatan dalam 48 jam pertama.
