AFIF PROJECT LOGO SOLICITING FOR AN ASSISTANCE Our desire to impact the lives of immigrants and the society in general led us to organize this seminar with the theme “RESTRUCTURING TO MAKE IMPACT”, mostly to educate or challenge the immigrants to be creative and utilize every available opportunity afforded them by the institutes to model and construct their lives and add value to their future, sailing through the right road with the mentality of a better person thereby adding value to the society. We hope that through this initiative, we can: > On intervals organize awareness (seminars) to educate immigrants towards the right part of lifeand exchanging views on the right part to live > Have an organized violence free non-economic body that mediates between the immigrants and the relevant institutions responsible for them » Add value to the society through creative initiatives, and providing support to maintaining law and security in the society > Persuade/influence some decisions considerable as inappropriate between the institutions and in the immigrants » Help to create change and integration of immigrants in the wider society.For the effectiveness of the initiative, we therefore solicit for an assistant in the following areas > The registration of our body as “AFIF”(Advocacy For Immigrants Future) > Aspace for workshop and seminars > Possibly, an office with facilities(furniture and communication tools) > Social activities (organize sports, festivals, annual programs) > Guidance and the relevant protections. Our goals are that within a few years > Build people that could be an asset to the society and not liability > Impact lives that will in turn impact others’ lives >» Have people who are creative, maximizing their potentials in adding values to the society educationally, physically, morally and financially. We earnestly anticipate your relevant guidance and support in realizing this vision which we hope would make much impact on the immigrant and society in general. AFIFOverview A lot has been said about immigrants all around the world. The myths, societal views, facts and purported solutions on collecting, maintaining and integrating the immigrants to adapt better in the larger society. It is not an erroneous statement to state clearly that maintaining immigrants is quite a difficult task considering the challenging national issues at large vis a vis meeting up with the need of the large influx of immigrants. these myths, societal views and the need for immigrants to live beyond the wrong assumptions and wake up to creative positive behavior, living better within the society and adding value to their livesand the society prompted this initiative to bring immigrant with like minds under one platform, a non-violent, non-economic organization, which seek to address wrong behavioral pattern, wrong societal views about the general immigrants and to encourage immigrant to add value to their lives physically, morally, academically and financially through creative thought process. For when we change the way we think, we change the way we feel and behave. This new understanding between our thought and feelings starts with the idea that what we think determines how we feels which in turns determines how we choose to behave. In other words, the way we think about the events that takes place in our lives is frequently the sources of our distress.
