DEPARTURE INFORMATION
FEBRUARY 17-18
STUDENT ARRIVAL ON 17th……..8AM
Depart on February 17: Saturday, 8:30am
Return on February 18: Sunday, 3:30pm

We will depart from Woodburn Missionary Church (5108 Bull Rapids Rd, Woodburn, IN
46797). As you can see, we’re asking that your student arrive early so that we may
register, get their luggage loaded, turn in medications & last minute details. Please limit
luggage to only what your student NEEDS. We are taking our own busses, and we
must use our storage wisely. On our return Sunday, we will have your student call you
when we are approximately an hour away to make final pick up arrangements.

We will be staying at Camp Michindoh in Hillsdale, MI. The camp address is 4545 E
Bacon Rd, Hillsdale, MI 49242. Please feel free to contact Stephanie Nott or Justin Reinig
in the event of an emergency. We have provided contact information below.

Each student should bring appropriate clothing for their stay at camp. Please see
the reverse side for a few simple reminders of things to bring. We value and pursue
modesty when it comes to the way we clothe ourselves. If your student has to ask…that’s
probably a clue that it shouldn’t be packed. There will be opportunities to be outside
around camp, so we will invite the students to bring appropriate clothing for that. If you
have any questions let us know.

ALL TRIP BALANCES ARE DUE WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 14.

If you have questions about your balance, please contact Justin
or Stephanie immediately.

We look forward to a great retreat, and we will see you on the 17th!

the weather as much as possible. We will not be outside a lot but
students will need to walk outside to get from their cabins to program
spaces, dinner, etc.
• Bible and/or a journal (something to write in)

What NOT to Bring:
• Weapons of any kind. This includes pocket knives as well. I

the end of ordinary

promise, if something needs cut or opened, we will have the supplies
to do it.
• Supplies specifically for horseplay or pranking.
• Alcohol, drugs, or paraphernalia. Leaders reserve the right to search
luggage in order to preserve a camp environment for all students.
• Medications for which you do not have a personal prescription for.
• Technology if you fear it will distract. Cellular and internet service will
be scarce due to location, and there won’t be much need to have
a lot of mobile devices.
