Safety
We take an active interest in the safety of your
workplace. Every fabric we use is class A fire rated
and our remanufactured products are approved
by Underwriters Laboratories Incorporated.
Many insurance policies have clauses limiting the
insurance company’s liability in case of a claim
due to the failure of a non-UL-listed device. The
NEC (National Electric Code) requires wiring
components such as the powered spines found
in our cubicle pods to be UL-listed before an
inspector approves the building and occupancy
permits can be issued. Protect your investments
by making sure the product you buy is UL and
NEC-approved.
Work surfaces are meticulously crafted to your
specifications using our highly accurate computer-
ized equipment. A 3mm edge banding is applied all
the way around the surface.

Remanufactured products. Cost of
labor to replace the defective item or
items is the responsibility of the dis-
tributing dealer. The warranty period
starts from the date of purchase.
Every order is cross-checked for accuracy and
recorded on video. Our custom packaging solutions

Panels
Every year $1.5 billion in new Herman Miller© product is sold.
Usually, the old furniture is sent to a landfill or storage and never
made useful again. More energy is used, harmful emissions and
waste created, and virgin materials consumed to produce new furni-
ture. We remanufacture first life products and re-engineer them to
look, feel, and function like new while using a small fraction of the
energy and raw materials. Remanufactured workstations contribute
to points in the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED™ Certifica-
tion program.

A 230,000 car train 1,670 miles long would be needed to carry the amount
of raw material equivalent to the 14 million tons a year saved worldwide by

Fabric
More than 100 of our standard fabrics are Terratex® - beautifully
made of 100% recycled materials and manufactured using increas-
ingly sustainable processes. Technically superior, visually appeal-
ing, and competitively priced. All Terratex® fabrics meet or exceed
industry standards for quality and performance and are completely
recyclable. The use of Terratex® fabrics contributes to LEED™ points
and fabrics certified through the Green-e program may earn ad-
ditional points.
Paint
Our commitment to the environment extends beyond our product
and into our philosophy. That is one of the reasons we use powder
coat paint. Not only is powder coat paint free of harmful solvents
and VOC’s, but 100% of leftover paint is reclaimed.
In just 5 years of use, the 50 million pounds of recycled materials used in
Terratex© fabrics saves an amount of energy equivalent to 484,150 barrels
of oil, or the amount of oil that would be needed to heat 22,382 U.S. homes
for 1 year.
Remanufacturing conserves more raw materials and energy than any other
form of recycling.
