SUBJECT: Well Drilling/Overhead Tank

Dear sir,

We have the honor to submit our proposal contract and agreement to drill well/s and to
construct Overhead Tank for Brgy Bungahan, Lian , Batangas under the following terms and
conditions.

WELL SPECIFICATION:

1. Approximate depth to drill….. 42 Meters

2. Type of casing….. B.I Pipe sch 40
3. Bore Hole 10”x 8”
4. Surface grouting….. 40 ft.
5. Casing Installation Telescopic

DRILLING CHARGES:

1. Labor for drilling 42 Meter. depth borehole 10” and 8”

2. Hauling equipment in and out of site
3. Surface grouting
4. Casing installation
5. Casing perforation
6. Pump installation

MATERIALS:

1. 2 pcs. B.I pipe 10” x 20 ‘’ sch 40

2. 5 pcs. B.I pipe 6” x 20” sch 40
3. 5 Box Welding Rod
PUMP:
 1. 1 unit submersible motor( franklin) 5 hp 1 phase including motor lead coupled with
submersible pump delivering 45 gpm.
2. 1 set panel board for 5 hp.
3. 50 meters submersible cable no.8 – 3c.
4. 1 box electric wire (stranded) no. 14
5. 1 set splicing tape.
6. 1 set discharge plate
7. 7 pcs. G.I pipe 2 ”x 20” sch 40 with france coupling.

Total Cost of Labor / Materials / Pump: PHP 550,000.00

TANK
1. 1 set vertical overhead tank capacity 7,500 gallons b.i plate ¼ . bottom , 6mm.
shade, 6mm. top. Post 6x4x1/4 I B with 6 meters High including all materials to be
used.

Total Cost of Tank PHP 750,000.00

LUMPSUM PRICE , LABOR, MATERIALS, PUMP AND TANK: PHP 1,300,000.00

CONDITION:

1. Permit that maybe necessary for the construction shall be for the contractor account.
2. Should it be found necessary to drill beyond 42 Meters we charge ₱1,000.00/ft. of
additional drilling.
3. General cleaning of site before and after the drilling shall be for the client account.
4. Electrical power and water required for drilling shall be for the client account.
5. Drilling and placing of casing in limited to the permissible and possible depth under any
strata gripping or existing obstruction.
6. Completion of work stipulated in this agreement should be 60 calendar days smooth
drilling.
7. Installation for the overhead tank foundation shall be for the client account.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
1. 30% partial payment upon signing of contract..
2. 30 % partial upon 80 % accomplishment.
3. 40 % remaining balance will be paid upon completion of the work.

Should our proposal meet your requirements and approvals, kindly sign on the spaces
provided herein below and return one (1) signed copy for our file this will serve as our
contract when signed by both parties.
