Project Lead at Accenture - January 2012 – February 2014 (2 years 2 months)

• Manage projects related to

 Broker’s commission management for the largest healthcare payer and provider in
California and
 Commission payment solutions for a large Telecom provider (Belgacom) in
Belgium.
• Architect/Design the implementation from on premise model
• Follow Scrum methodology and scrum strategic planning
• Estimation, planning while working with multiple vendors and teams within the customer for
the program and any new additions.
• Derive the roles and responsibilities distribution post implementation. Also derive / modify the
 SLAs to support operations post production.
• Manage production operations for the ongoing application (within the SLA boundaries) during
the transformation.
• Scoping and assessment of other initiatives for the customer. Recommendations helped bring
30% more business than estimated for the year 2013.

of more than $2 million per year.

• Provide Informatica and AbInitio training to the development center. Wrote 2 white papers on
AbInitio Implementation and created 4 Assets for standard working documents for SDLC
process development.

Senior Programmer at Accenture - August 2006 – September 2007 (1 year 2 months)

• Designed and implemented many graphs in ETL tool for a Banking Project (ABN AMRO).
• Worked extensively on performance tuning of ETL Graphs. Brought the performance of
graphs down by up to 2 times. This helped our score better on performance SLA.
• Managed complicated batch operations with offshore team within the strict system availability
window to ensure consistent 100% system availability to the users. Also proposed and
implemented fine tuning the batch flow to ensure the system availability is never at risk.

Programmer at Accenture - July 2005 - July 2006 (1 year 1 month)

• Transition an application from implementation to BAU (business as usual) and take over the
role for Developer track lead.
• Perform Development for ETL tools like Informatica and AbInitio. Provide all the required
