1.00 IMPORT OPERATIONS In Rupees

A Destuffed Delivery 20' 40'


(i) Loaded Container Handling Charges at the ICD (Grounding for Examination/Destuffing cargo in
warehouse / yard and Stacking EMPTY container in ICD*)
- Less than 23 Tons - Dry Van / Open Top Container within Gauge 4000 6500
- Above 23 to 27 Tons - Dry Van / Open Top Container within Gauge 4800 7300

GENERAL GUIDELINES

1 All cheques / DDs to be drawn favoring “KSH Distriparks Pvt. Ltd.,” payable at Pune.
2 Outstation cheques will not be accepted. For dishonored cheques Rs. 5000/- + 10% of the amount as penalty
3 Charges to be paid to office between 0930 hrs to 2000 (Monday to Saturday).
4 Cheque / Draft will be accepted on 24 hrs basis. However deliveries will be subject to customs availability
5 Use of Special equipment will be charged on case to case basis.
6 It will be presumed that all consignment being received at the ICD is adequately insured against all possible risks during
storage and handling.
7 Hazardous declaration must be accurate and in compliance. The ICD reserves the right to allow or reject specific
hazardous commodities in the premises.
8 The above is subject to change without prior notice.
9 Applicable taxes extra as per applicable laws.
10 Any non adherence to the agreed terms of payments will attract a penal interest @ 15% p.a. or part thereof
11 Bonding charges for a 20' & 40' container will be assumed to be chargable on 20 sq.m & 40 sq.m respectively, unless
cargo is voluminous - where actual occupied area will be considered.
12 Payment: Immediately after completion of service
